Unfortunately this was no surprise to the management as they admitted to complaints made by other guests for that cottage. 「we stayed this place for one night. the only problem is there's no shower and no hot water. you would have to use a cold water on a bucket and tabo. but everything else its good the staffs are friendly. rooms are clean.」
