Good location

Location wise its very good, the rooms were big and spacious. Great location as it is on the center of everything like food, marts, nearby beach. Maybe they could improve on breakfast choices and serving time of the breakfast. Ours was with breakfast but we cannot select the food, they will just provide it though it is still a decent one ( i love the salad side dish). It was serve at 9:00-10 AM so if you want your breakfast early, take the room without breakfast inclusion and just eat outside... Another suggestion would be to put a water dispenser at least one dispenser at the lobby for hot and cold drinking water. Thats just a small gesture that could be of great help to your guests. Overall its a good stay! Very nice location..

Getrockneter Fisch zum Frühstück

Getrockneten Fisch und Reis zum Frühstück. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit Frühstück gebucht. Wir bekamen dann Instant Kaffee, auch die Kinder, getrockneten Fisch, Rührei mit Reis und Salat. Als wir dann am nächsten Tag einige Bestandteile des Frühstücks abbestellt hatten, dafür aber andere Getränke wollten, wurde nicht die Differenz sondern der volle Betrag für die Getränke berechnet. Obwohl wir ja zum essen viel weniger erhalten haben und auch für den darauffolgenden Tag das Frühstück ganz abbestellt hatten, da wir da nicht dort waren. Das fand ich dann doch sehr dreist und hat nichts mit vernünftiger Gästebewirtung zu tun. Generell sind die Betreiber eher komisch. Wir haben uns nicht wirklich wohl gefühlt.

Would not recommend

We did not enjoy our stay in the hotel. The welcoming was not friendly at all and the hole experience at the hotel was strange. Would not recommend, expecially if you are travelling with kids.

Great place.

Excellent room, very clean and modern. Really enjoyable bar/garden area kept very well. The owners where lovely couple and where very helpful. The area was great a very short walk to the beach or bars/restaurants. Would stop again if in Santa Fe.

No recommentation

Hotel is ok and the rooms are clean but a big problem is customer service. Owners don't speak english almost at all. We should have a fridge in our room but wasn't. They said we should pay for the use. There were no free toiletries in the room. Owners used our terrace as drying customers layndry. They didn't even ask if it's ok. I don't recommend this hotel. Book early when you go to Bantayan island.

Cheap hotel with unprofessional service

They didn't change clean towel. They took a couch from my room without asking and the door was unlocked when I came back.

최악의 호텔

호텔주인이 매우 무례하였습니다. 호텔에 도착하여 예약이 되었다고말했을때 "도대체 무슨 소리를 하냐" 는 표정으로 얼굴을 찌뿌리며 WHAT??? 이라고 응대했으며 예약컨펌메일을 보여줘도 3분이상 그 메일을 째려보았으며 (한국어라 이해할수도 없었을테말이죠) ..아무튼 모든 상황이 최악이었습니다. 침대에 앉자마자 베드버그에 5군데 이상 물렸고 침구라고는 아주 얇은 이불호청같은 시트한장이 다였습니다. 절대로 권하고 싶지 않은호텔입니다.
