They were always willing to help with anything we needed, in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner. They truly made our experience even better. Our room was impeccable, complete and comfortable breakfast, they have a lounge in the restaurant Bahia Mar that’s not open everyday, it was the only disappointment since there is no service at the lounge, we ended up having dinner at the restaurant beside.”
