“Spacious and quiet room except there was a group of people being loud and annoying outside in the middle of the night. The AC was powerful yet quiet. There were also like 10 fruit flies in our room. A few of the small towels were yellow and had dust but the big ones were fine. Plenty of parking spots. Breakfast was not bad. No elevator.”

“The location was very remote but only 6 miles to High Springs and short drive to Ginnie Springs. Your gps will not bring you to location!! So follow given instructions. The pictures shown online were accurate. The accommodations housed our eight adults comfortably. Every shower had hot water! Beds comfortable. Wifi provided. Visiting on the screened porch and relaxing in the hammock, roasting marshmallows at the fire pit- made the trip extra fun! (Wood was provided) Some guest comments were:……

“Peace and serenity abounds! This property is amazing and has everything you need for your stay! All the light switches are labeled, making it easy. It was just my husband & dogs on this trip, but there is plenty of various games (board games, jenga, ping pong, pac man, horse shoe pit, disc golf, etc.,), river tubes, kayaks, etc., available to keep the family entertained. There is a nice fenced area for the dogs, and they even have some pet bowls available to use for food & water. The massage……

“Nice place , plenty of room in the house and out side . Great veiw of the Suwannee River with a public boat ramp next door. Floating dock needs work , " old pontoon with soft spots". The gas grill on the upper deck was unusable , needs burners replaced , if not the whole grill. Instead of grilling there , we went to Akins BBQ just down the road and had steak , it was great ! For me , being in the construction industry, I saw some concerning issues with the structure of the upper deck, told my……

“This place was in a good location, we pulled our motorcycle down to Chiefland and spent two weeks here, we would ride to all the small towns on the gulf and each had nice scenic restaurants to eat lunch at. We bought fresh seafood and brought it back to the house to fix for our supper. The kitchen had all the dishes and pans we needed as well as basic spices. Bed was ok and bathroom ok, plenty of room for us and a nice front porch to read on. I would recommend this house and it’s peaceful……
