「Clean, good air conditioning, well maintained. Very good value for money. Coffee machine in the bedroom much appreciate. Could leave my luggage at the place.」

「Good size unit. Shower head didn’t stay where you put it. We could have used an extra card to get in the unit. AC never got to set temp.」

「Location was perfect!!」

「Palazzo Achates was perfect for us! It is in the center of old town on a quiet street and has been fully renovated with a beautiful modern minimalist design. He made us feel assured that the keycard entry to the hotel itself would work smoothly at any hour of the night, and it did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!」

「Lovely place to stay in Palermo. Location is awesome and very convenient:)」

Room door soundproofing was also poor. Milk at breakfast was lumpy one of the mornings (did not try again) and panicked and muffin on the cooked menu were frozen through so obviously not...

「Right in the heart of the historic district this is ideally situated, surprisingly quiet considering it's location. Not for the faint hearted as there are 59 steps to get there. Lovely roof terrace and breakfast each morning with wonderful filled croissants. We missed check in time due to flight delays but Marco made sure we had all the necessary information via WhatsApp and answered promptly. The rooms were very clean and functional, we stayed in the junior suite as needed 2 bedrooms. Our room...
