「Everything was great. However, I think there are just two things that could use some improvement. First, the water temperature in the shower was impossible to control; I nearly scalded myself with the hot water. 「cuando llegamos no podiamos entrar porque no nos enviaron el codigo de acceso, una persona de servicio finalmente nos atendio y nos entrego la llave de la habitacion cuando le explique esto a la persona encargada me hizo ver que era mi culpa y que ellos si habian enviado los datos, aunque finalmente los recibimos 2 horas despues de haber ingresado, el cable no servia x lo que no tuvimos tv durante toda la estadia cuando llame a preguntar dijeron que era por el clima, no te ofrecen cafe ni agua...

「The room and the hotel are amazing. However, the staff of the hotel is a little snarky. The prices for food and drinks are a little too expensive.
