Fantastischer Blick auf das Meer. Die Ausstattung lässt einige Wünsche offen. Geschirrspüler war teilweise rostig, nur 3 Stühle, keine Kissen für Balkonmöbel, spärliche Bestückung von Geschirr. Die Betten sind schlicht schlecht!San Baulo hat eine tolle Atmosphäre - keine Massen und Mega-Hotels!Die Agentur ist sehr bemüht und reagiert sofort!Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt - denken aber, dass man mit relativ geringem Aufwand das Apartment noch deutlich aufwerten könnte, sodass es den Erwartungen gegenüber dem Preis gerecht werden würde.

positiv: Am besten ist einfach die Lage. Der Balkon ist super, nicht mal 1 minute vom Bett bis zum Strand. Das Wasser ist kristallklar. Parkmöglichkeit an der Strasse, man muss ein bisschen flexibel sein. negativ. Das Doppelbett ist recht schmal, leider keine Klimaanlage.

Unglaubliche Terrasse!! Gemütliche Terrassenmöbel, viel Gelegenheit zum Chillen und Entspannen. Der kleine Strand von San baulo ist vor der Tür, mit einem wunderbaren Spaziergang erreicht man auch Platja de Muro. Tolle Küche mit unglaublicher Fensterfront! Die Betten könnten etwas besser sein, das Bad ist schön, aber sehr klein.

Five day stay... woke up every morning 6:45 to watch the sunrise from the balcony. Absolutely stunni

Five day stay... woke up every morning 6:45 to watch the sunrise from the balcony. Absolutely stunning views! Flat is well equipped and exactly as described. Nights were a bit warm (no A/C and small portable fans)... but ventilation during the day is usually strong enough as to keep the flat cool. Literally in front of the Mediterranean... one good jump from the balcony and you are swimming. Would recommend if you like calm mornings and long swims. Night life and restaurants around are meh... Alcudia (10 minute taxi ride) has far more to offer (but is impossibly crowded in July and August). Highly recommended!

Wir haben uns prima erholt.

Modern, zentral, ein schöner Strand direkt vor der Tür. Mallorca ist klasse. Wir haben die Insel mit einem Mietwagen bereist. Das Appartement ist für zwei Personen top. Modern ausgestattet, es fehlte nichts. Ein kleiner Hinweis... eventuell ist nach der Saison Zeit eine Grundreinigung durchzuführen. Es wäre schade um die wirklich schöne Einrichtung. Herzlichen Dank.

Tolle Wohnung, ABER...

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar direkt in erster Reihe am Meer in einer vergleichbar ruhigen Umgebung von Can Picafort gelegen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, wenn nicht zwei gravierende Nachteile wären. Zum einen hat die Wohnung KEINE Klimaanlage, zweitens sind die Betten zu klein und unbequem, sehr spartanisch. Das "große" Bett hat eine Breite von 1,4 m, die beiden Einzelbetten machen bei jeder Bewegung Geräusche. Da sollte dringend investiert werden - die Nächte waren wenig erholsam. Aber, wie gesagt, ansonsten eine tolle Wohnung in einem wunderbaren Umfeld.
