Die Unterkunft war im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung. Die Einrichtung könnte allerdings eine Erneuerung vertragen, sie ist schon ein wenig "abgewohnt".Die Lage ist sehr gut. Ruhig gelegen und nicht weit entfernt zum Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Trotz dieser kleinen Unzulänglichkeiten war es ein schöner Urlaub. Der gebuchte Transfer zur Unterkunft und wieder zum Flughafen verlief reibungslos und pünktlich.Abschließend war die Unterkunft schön, ein paar Investitionen und sie wäre noch besser:)

La maison est très bien. il y à suffisamment de places pour 9. L’emplacement est parfait pour profiter du port de Can picafort ou de la plage. La terrasse est très agréable. Il faudrait juste prévoir de mettre à jour quelques petites choses tel qu’un 2ème étendoir a linge , une machine à laver avec une plus grande capacité. Un petit lit d’accueil avec les nécessaire de nettoyage (éponge, liquide vaisselle, torchons …) serait super !

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Abgesehen von 1-2 Kleinigkeiten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Pablo war sehr entgegenkommend und ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, da man einen schönen Strand innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Außerdem gibt es in der Nähe viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schöne Restaurants, jedoch ist es eine familiäre Gegend und man sollte beachten, dass die Läden um spätestens 12 Uhr schließen. Aber wenn man abends ausgehen bzw. feiern gehen möchte, kann man nach Alcudia (gute Busverbindung). Alles in allem waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt ziemlich zufrieden und können es mit einem guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

En general todo correcto. Anfitrión amable, fácil de localizar. La gestión de Homerti muy bien, atentos, responden rápidamente y resolutivos a las peticiones. Alojamiento acorde a edscripción, ene general limieza correcta. Utensilios de cocina, sábanas y toallas correctas. Mejorable podría haber aceite y sal para cocinar. Fuimos en mayo, poco turismo, zona tranquila pero con mucha oferta de locales (imagino que en verano debe ser demasiado "guiri"). Poca intimidad en la terraza pero muy agradable, amplia y mesa grande para hacer las comidas allí. Mucho espacio. Te hacen pagar la tasa turística allí en efectivo, cosa que no especificaban en el precio de la web.

La casa es grande, da a dos calles. Tiene dos plantas 5 dormitorios. Dos dobles planta baja y tres planta arriba. Dos baños completos y un aseo. Cocina grande, terraza. Y parte trasera un parking, donde también se puede comer o cenar ventilador gigante y mesa grande. El único pero es q solo hay aire acondicionado en la primera planta. Y en agosto dormir en planta baja puede ser difícil. Zona con muchas tiendas y supermercados. Playa a 5 minutos. El anfitrión muy atento y te ayuda en lo necesario.
