Exclusive villa

The house is stunning, with stylish, modern and every amenity you could wish for. We enjoyed the private pool, the lush garden and the outdoor seating areas. The hosts are very friendly and helpful at all times.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einem Traumhaus, zu einem genialen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Eine tolle Erreichbarkeit der Vermieterin, da sie nebenan lebt. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt... In Summe können wir einen Aufenthalt wärmstens empfehlen! Internetverbindung, falls das Haus von mehreren Personen geteilt wird und ein gleichzeitiger Bedarf besteht...

Tadelloses Anwesen und Haus, absolut empfehlenswert. Man sollte sich drauf einstellen von dort aus mit dem Auto immer mindestens 15min zu fahren, bis man an sehenswerten oder besuchenswerten Ort ist, da der Ort selbst leider nur ein aus saisonal betriebenen Hotels bestehendes Reservat ist, was einiges an Restaurants und Shopping bietet, allerdings ausschließlich in der Hauptsaison. Wer Mallorca erleben möchte, wie es authentisch ist, muss also von dort aus fahren, was uns allerdings nicht gestört hat. Die Unterkunft wiederum war so gut, dass es den kleinen täglichen Reiseaufwand mehr als wert war...

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen zurück. Die Besitzer wohnen direkt nebenan und sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und man kann sie jederzeit bei Problemen anrufen. Sie sprechen auch deutsch. Ich würde auch mehr Sterne geben uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Es war der perfekte Ort, um in gediegener Atmosphäre einen Familienurlaub zu verbringen.

Die Finca sowie der schöne Garten ist ein wunderschöner Ort, um zu entspannen und die Ferien zu geniessen. Die Finca war sauber, alles wie beschrieben und sehr schön dekoriert. Der Garten ist mit vielen verschiedenen Pflanzen und Kakteen aufwändig bepflanzt. Die Pools laden zum Baden und Verweilen ein, waren ebenfalls sehr sauber. Während unseres Aufenthalts hatten wir ein paar Stromunterbrüche. Da die Eigentümer der Finca gleich gegenüber wohnen und immer hilfsbereit sind, war innert kurzer Zeit Hilfe da und so hatten wir innert kürzester Zeit wieder Strom. Die Finca ist ca. 2-jährig und sehr gut gepflegt. Wir haben auch die sehr gute Klimatisierung geschätzt, die in jedem Raum verfügbar ist. Auch das grosse Food-Center ist perfekt, um jederzeit kühle Getränke, Speisen und Eis zu lagern. Kurzum: Es war der perfekte Ort, um in gediegener Atmosphäre einen Familienurlaub zu verbringen.

Perfekter Urlaub am perfekten Platz

Wir durften mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kinder eine Woche auf dem herrlichen Anwesen Urlaub machen. Vom Check In bis zum Check Out war alles einfach perfekt. Mit soviel Liebe zum Detail haben wir nicht gerechnet. Fantastisch ausgestattet. Wir haben jeden Tag gekocht und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Ein/Zwei Kleinigkeiten müssen repariert werden, was aber in keinster Weise unsere Erholung gestört haben und bei Vermietungen auch normal ist. Viele Grüße und vielen Dank Daniel mit Familie

unglaublicher Aufenthalt

Obiekt na wysokim poziomie, w nowoczesnym standardzie. Basen czyszczony codziennie, nawet po ulewnych deszczach, które naniosły duże ilości piasku z pustyni. Piękny, zadbany ogród na terenie posiadłości. W ogrodzie pełnym zieleni jest dużo miejsc, w których można swobodnie wypocząć. Cudowna i przestronna kuchnia wyposażona we wszelkie niezbędne sprzęty oraz udogodnienia. Znajdują się w niej olbrzymie otwierane okna. Przy wyspie kuchennej można miło spożywać posiłki. Bardzo mili gospodarze, którzy interesowali się nami i pytali czy wszystko jest w porządku. Obsługa basenu i ogrodu odbywała się w sposób dyskretny, nie powodujący dyskomfortu. Sklep LIDL znajduje się około kilometra od obiektu. W odległości dłuższego spaceru znajduje się fantastyczna promenada z dużą ilością obiektów gastronomicznych, portem i plażą. Obiekt zdecydowanie wart swojej cenie.
