The interior is decorated with a rustic and cozy style, with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. The structure of the house ensures that there is always a good temperature, although if needed, there are 3 fans at their disposal.



The plot is completely fenced with a private parking. Additionally, you will find both bath and pool towels.



The owners of the estate are committed to sustainable tourism, so they have installed solar panels for their electricity consumption and recycle 100% of waste. In addition, the estate is located in Santa Margalida, a quiet town, just 10 minutes by car from Can Picafort, a lively coastal town with an impressive white sandy beach and crystal-clear waters, as well as a wide variety of services, shops, and leisure options.
