Welcome to Es Mal Pas!

Located just 500 metres from the charming village of Santa Margalida, this exceptional villa offers you a peaceful stay in the heart of Mallorca, perfect for families wishing to combine comfort, privacy and unforgettable experiences.



The house has three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, all equipped with individual air conditioning, as well as the bright and comfortable living room, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring under the Mallorcan sun.



The great attraction of Es Mal Pas is its spectacular terrace with a private pool, from where you can enjoy panoramic views of the village and the rural landscape, creating a unique setting to relax or share moments with family.



At the rear, you will find a fully equipped barbecue area, perfect for outdoor dinners. Additionally, the property offers entertainment options for all ages, such as a ping-pong table and a trampoline, which will delight the little ones.



Located in a natural and serene environment, just 10 km from some of the island's most impressive beaches, Es Mal Pas is the perfect combination of tranquillity, comfort and proximity to the coast.

IMPORTANT:
