Can Picafort, is located at the north of Mallorca Island, it is famous for their beautiful white fine sandy beaches, where enjoying long walks on the promenade or having an aperitif while the sunset falls, make the days pass in a blink of an eye. As restaurants, bars and little markets runs around town, they won’t be any space for tiredness. If you love playing golf, the nearest golf course is at Alcanada.
The apartment counts with a terrace at the main entrance, a garden table with 4 chairs and 2 terrace chairs, with views to one of the quiets streets of town, you will be able to enjoy an evening with the family, having an exquisite dinner with fresh seafood and a glass of sparkling wine. Behind the glass and wood door, there is the living room with a comfortable sofa, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi, where you can have a rest after spending a delightful day on the beach. A precious and spacious dinner room along the open kitchen, equipped with a vitro hob, dishwasher and much more. A door in the dining rooms gives you access to a staircase to the solarium area, where you will enjoy not just the sun and sea breeze sitting on the garden furniture, but where you will be able to prepare a delicious barbecue. Inside, after stepping some stairs, there are 4 bedrooms, the first one with a double bed and a closet. Two bedrooms with two single beds each one, and the last one with a single bed. There is a bathroom with a bathtub by the bedrooms and a toilet. Also, a washing machine, an iron, a board iron, and one air conditioning unit in the living room. We offer a cot and a highchair too.
To consider:
There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 14 years. We require these documents by email.
The damage deposit of 300 Eur will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email.
