「From when we arrived Luca was amazing and made our check in so easy. All the staff are incredible and so helpful. The premises are nice and facilities good but the staff made it all work brilliantly. Angelina, Luca and others were so nice we can’t wait to return soon 」

「Good location. 15 mins from the train station to the hotel. From the hotel to the beach and town it's only take 5 to 10 mins (depends where you want to go). This hotel have the best coffee during braekfast in town. Staffs are quite helpful. However, there is one day the staff forgot to make the room and the air-conditionar is not working well on the first day. But the next day they fixed it. 」

「I've never stayed with Best Western hotel with such bad experience. High price without any quailed 4 star hotel service. No coffee maker,no cups,only plastic glass on table. Front desk is indifferent to the guest. It's the worst memory during my journey in Italy.」

「I absolutely loved my stay here! The staff were so warm and welcoming, the rooms were spacious and incredibly comfortable, and I have to mention the amazing hair products in the showers — such a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was divine, the perfect start to each day. Highly recommend!!!」

「An excellent property, good location, we took a bus from the train station to property, then took a boat to Portofino. Very good service, as we have to leave early next day before breakfast time, the staff prepared carrying out breakfast for us and arranged taxi for us. We highly recommend this property.」

「This hotel was an incredible find!! The location was very easy to walk to from the train station **** if you are walking, MAKE SURE to take the narrow stairs up and over the railroad tracks *** Once you're there, you will be overwhelmed with the beauty and splendor of the rooms as well as the overlooking views of the harbor. The staff was extremely nice and helpful... I will definitely be back!!」

「Our dinner at Il Leccio was, without question, the best meal we had during our entire time in Santa Margherita. From the moment we arrived, Lucca and Monica, along with the entire staff, made us feel incredibly welcome—warm, genuine hospitality that elevated the entire evening. The food was beyond exceptional—every dish beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor. The care and passion from the kitchen came through in every bite. The location couldn’t be more perfect—tucked away just enough...
