Dear Mrs. Amira thank you for your feedback.We do accept your constructive criticism, but we would like to object something.We hardly believe that the room was not clean as you describe, because we always pay deep attention to the cleanliness and hygiene of every room and of every single part of the hotel. As you can read from many other reviews, this is usually very appreciated. We apologize if you did not think the same.We have different pillows to choose among; it would have been enough to ask the reception and we would have been pleased to give you a different pillow. None of our rooms have a carpet, so we do not understand what you are talking about. In addition, the air conditioning is obviously in November off, as the temperature is not that high and many people ask for the heating. Anyway, if you had told us about your dissatisfaction, we would have been more than happy to offer you a different room, according to availability. Dear Thomas, thank you for your review.To guarantee a safe distance among the lounge beds and a relaxing stay by the swimming pool to everybody, we have sixteen places on the rooftop; we ask the reservation of a time slot of 90 minutes per day per room, so that during the day all guests can enjoy it.
