“I stayed at Notto for my birthday on February 13, and my experience was positive at first. The room and stay itself were good, but unfortunately everything went downhill when I checked out.
I was told there would be a 4,000 peso hold on my card for incidentals. Instead of placing a hold, they actually charged my card. It has now been almost three weeks, and the hotel has still not been able to reverse the charge.
What’s even more concerning is that they asked me to send my bank account……
