This property is exactly as advertised. Check-in, communication and comfort was top notch. It is perfect for a couple or a couple with a small child. Location is great, especially if you are interested in the Valley Wineries! Orcutt is a small town and everything and anything you may need is very accessible.

Great neighborhood. Exactly as pictured, roomy, with a nice view. Clean and has everything you need. When we couldn't start the TV, the host was there quickly to resolve the issue. Only thing I would add would be some kind of rug. Will return when passing that way.
