"Hello, I wanted to bring to your attention an issue we experienced during our stay last night. Unfortunately, there was a cockroach found inside the room, which made the stay very uncomfortable and disappointing.  I was not happy with the situation, especially considering we expected the room to be clean and properly maintained. I understand that issues can happen, but I felt it was important to notify management so the matter can be addressed appropriately. "Staff members were helpful and accommodating. We were able to get a late check out after informing the staff that we had to attend church at 10am. Breakfast was good. There were enough selections to choose from, and love those bananas, oranges and apples. Thank you for the excellent customer service."

"Our stay was great. Clean and well maintained room. Loved having two separate sinks made getting ready faster and convenient. Grounds of hotel are beautiful and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Have stayed here many times. "

"The "breakfast" is more like a low grade starbucks counter with ready-made items but few choices. The room was great, we stayed on the second level and were impressed with the vaulted ceilings and open feel. The property seemed older with small items like the toilet seat was crooked, the towel holder was loose on the wall, etc. overall it was quiet, staff was pleasant, and you can't beat the location. "
