"Booked as a last minute stop before early flight next morning but would definitely book again if ever returning to Alicante. Check in was done via WhatsApp as we arrived after 4pm but once contacted they replied promptly and sorted everything within minutes. Room was clean and presentable. Bed was super comfy. Shower was great. Bathroom was clean and tidy. Reception clean and tidy. Couldn’t complain about a thing. We had just come from a ‘4 star Hotel’ elsewhere and this spot put it to shame....

"Room was fine , beds clean n comfy although our toilet drains did have a permanent bad smell. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Location was good and the Shop below was open till 2am there is also a cafeteria very close that does take way breakfast. "

"The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was clean and they served a great breakfast. The room was clean and it was fairly easy to hop on a bus and tour around."

"The flat was right in the centre near to all the shops and restaurants and for the city centre on a relatively quiet street. The flat needs a renovation and a good clean. It was quite tired and looks a bit shabby in places."

"Breakfast was tasty and the food seemed to be good quality. While the buffet wasn’t huge, there was still enough choice and we always found something we enjoyed. The location in the Old Town was excellent, with many of Alicante’s main sights just a short walk away. The hotel has a beautiful traditional exterior that is very well maintained, while the interiors are modern and stylish. The room was clean, comfortable and finished to a modern standard.
