“Spotlessly clean, room cleaned every day and fresh towels every day. Staff very helpful, asked for an extra pillow and within ten minutes one was brought up to our room. Breakfast was very good, fresh fruit, cooked offering, nice pastries. The hotel is in a great position for bars and restaurants, beach is a few minutes walk away.”

“Fabulous clean hotel with helpful staff and big rooms. The hotel is a bit out of the way and the local shop was a lifesaver for water and snacks. Lots of restaurants/ bars around an 8 minute walk. The only reason I’ve given a 4 star is the WiFi was very hot and miss and WiFi is really important to us as I work while I’m away. Apart from that everything was perfect. We’ll definitely stay again.”

“Worst experience ever - the room smells mouldy and me and my wife felt suffocated just from staying there for 1 hr. We tried everything, opened windows and vented for a long time but the smell keeps coming back. Note that this was the «deluxe» room! I immediately booked a new hotel and moved for fear of our health. As the contact guy(Carlos) said he didn’t have other rooms available and couldn’t come over to help us. I have saved the entire conversation. We filed for refund later, they lied……

“Great hotel near airport clean with good staff”

“Booked as a last minute stop before early flight next morning but would definitely book again if ever returning to Alicante. Check in was done via WhatsApp as we arrived after 4pm but once contacted they replied promptly and sorted everything within minutes. Room was clean and presentable. Bed was super comfy. Shower was great. Bathroom was clean and tidy. Reception clean and tidy. Couldn’t complain about a thing. We had just come from a ‘4 star Hotel’ elsewhere and this spot put it to shame.……
