Air-conditioned in all rooms with swimming pool in Gran Alacant near the beach for 4 people.
Located 8 km from Alicante airport (without any nuisance).
Gran Alacant is situated on a hill overlooking the bay of Alicante.
From the kitchen window there is a magnificent view of the hills and the urbanisation is accessible via secure gates.
There is a car park just in front of the house, a terrace downstairs with barbecue and another sunbathing area upstairs with folding sunbeds.There is a supermarket opposite and also restaurants bars.The place is very quiet with a swimming pool to share.The living room opens onto the kitchen with all the equipment you need with a hallway to separate the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom with shower There is wifi and also a satellite dish with English Spanish French channels and c For longer periods there are price discounts contact me.

Nothing like it was described I thought I was going to a bungalow but it was three flights of stairs had I know that I would never of booked there was a supermarket which was exactly as described but that’s about all .I could not find a swimming pool or the sea and I don’t go on holiday to cook so there was no restaurants or bars you needed a car and once again I don’t go on holidays to drive so I left the very next morning and found a hotel at the extra cost to myself of 2300.00 so has you can imagine I’m not a happy bunny

Alt i alt et supert opphold. Hyggelig nabolag. Rent og pent i leiligheten,ute- og bassenområdet. Dagligvarebutikk og resturant i umiddelbar nærhet:-) Dobbeltsengen kunne vært bedre. Nedligget og heller inn mot midten. Ødelagt støvsuger og slitne utemøbler/ solsenger. TV var upålitelig med flere dager med dårlig signaler. Kunne med fordel vært flere håndklær ved så langt opphold.

Stay was wonderful accommodatie were clean and was very satisfied with the service only thing i would disclose in your af that you need to climb three flight of stairs to get to the unit for my mother of 85 uit was a daily exercise going up and down, seeing normally she is on a walker. But other wise i would say it was a perfect holiday location .

Logement propre, fonctionnel et à portée de tous commerces : supermarchés, restaurants, plage, piscine collective… Le logement est loué , bien équipé. Peut-être ajouter un petit mot pour dire que l’on a le droit de se servir de tout : produits lave vaisselle fourni, pour le sol…De mon côté, on a pas osé « toucher à tout »😂😂 Merci beaucoup à une prochaine fois sûrement.

The location, views, cleanliness of the property with a well equipped kitchen was very good. We enjoyed our stay. The lack of a safe and a shower seal issue were the only thing that prevented us from giving the property full marks

Die Einrichtung ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und nicht sehr komfortabel...Couch schwer ausgeleiert, absolut unbequem. Wohnbereich alles auf 1. Etage, also nur über die Treppen erreichbar! Terrasse und Balkon nicht nutzbar, weil keine Sonne Heizung über Klimaanlage, teuer und Wohnung wird nicht wirklich warm. ...und zum Strand gute 1,2 KM aber mit einer Steigung, kurz man sollte wirklich fit und gut zu Fuss sein oder halt PKW. Gut und praktisch ist, der Supermarkt direkt vor der Tür und die Wohnanlage war sehr ruhig...

Rien à dire sur l'appartement. Il est top. Rien ne manque. Peut être un pare soleil sur la terrasse... Pour le reste, RAS. Bien situé, piscine propre, jeux pour les enfants à proximité, plage à 5mn en voiture. Nous recommandons. Nous avons passé un beau et bon séjour.

In February, there was a lot of humidity in the apartment so everything, even the sofa and towels were wet and smelled damp. I understand this is a problem in Gran Alacant.
