Wonderful Property

Property lived up to the description in the listing and is located in a beautiful gated subdivision with private beach access. Great family vacation stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home in quiet secluded community. Private access to beach where it was not busy at all. No golf carts allowed, but bicycles were perfect to rent. Included beach gear was convenient.

Great House

My family really enjoyed the house. There was plenty of space for us all to spread out and didn’t feel cramped. Only disappointment is how far it is to the beach. From the front door ato the sand, it is .60 miles. If you’re toting beach chairs etc., this gets old especially walking back in the afternoon when it’s hot and sunny. Other than that, everything was great and the neighborhood is nice and quiet.

This is our 3rd year staying in this beautiful home in Watersound. My family loves it. It has everything you need for a family beach vacation. The house is beautiful and love the private access to the beach and they provide a wagon for you so you don’t have to bring yours from home. My favorite part is sipping coffee in the mornings on the back screened in porch listening to the birds. So peaceful. We will be back again next year.

Spring Break

I loved the gated community and small crowd. Beach access a bit of a challenge, but we rent bikes from across the street, so no worries there. This was mu 5th trip to WaterSound West.

Low key post-Christmas family time in a beautiful setting

Great house! Loved the screened-in porch and the boardwalk right behind it that led to the spectacular beach. Quiet setting and once we got off busy 30A, it was like being in another world. Hope to come back for another stay!

Wonderful Vacation!

Our vacation was absolutely wonderful. The house was very clean, well appointed, in a great location and extremely comfortable. The walk to the pool and beach were easy. The best part was that the beach was basically "private" - very few people and not crowded like the other areas tend to be. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home

We rented this home for fall break and it was absolutely perfect! It was very clean which is hard to find these days. It was so quiet in the neighborhood. We loved riding our bikes each day to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Superb luxury property

Accurate listing. Great location 10 mins from Seaside. The pool is wonderful and the beach is quiet. It IS a trek but over the boardwalk so the included beach wagon made things easier and it went nicely over the sand. The bonus bunk beds in the corridor upstairs are great for younger kids. Hosts very responsive. Would stay here again

As advertised. Beautiful house. Bit of a walk or bike ride to beach and pool. Nice quiet neighborhood and beach was gorgeous. Hours for pool were odd, but that is an HOA issue.

Pre-summer vacation

This is a very nice, quiet, upscale neighborhood. This home is well built and clean. The couches and chairs were comfortable, the beds were at least pretty good. The kitchen is furnished nicely, enough to cook and serve a meal. Everything in the house worked properly as well. The walk to the beach is about 1/2 mile each way, but is worth it as the beach area is more private than most gulf beaches. This is a very nice place for a family vacation.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found the area itself to be lovely, just a short walk to the beach and pool, but unfortunately the home had several issues that affected our stay. When we arrived, the air conditioning was not working, and the temperature inside was over 80 degrees. Thankfully, the host was responsive and got it resolved later that evening.However, the rest of the home had multiple maintenance concerns. Several lightbulbs were out, including in the freezer and a bathroom vanity, and the dishwasher was not properly secured, which made it difficult to load without holding it in place to prevent tipping. The gas range knobs were difficult to use. I was familiar with how to operate a gas stove, but someone without that experience could easily run into trouble or risk a safety issue.In addition, two of the TV remotes had dead batteries, and we ended up purchasing our own just to use the TVs. While some of these things may seem minor on their own, they added up and left us feeling disappointed with the overall condition of the rental. We do not plan to return.I did notify the host about the air conditioning and laundry room lightbulb, but after that I chose not to continue reaching out. I wasn’t on vacation to act as a home inspector. These are things that should have been addressed before our arrival. It was concerning that so many basic issues were overlooked prior to our stay and potentially for guests after us.

Sea Esta Perfect

Every little detail from start to end was absolutely perfect! Our family enjoyed Sea Esta and the surrounding community beyond words. We never encountered anything negative, it was an absolute perfect vacation and we have already started planning our next visit. Sea Esta at WaterSound West Beach

Very easy and smooth rental process. Property was clean, comfortable, and well furnished. Family thoroughly enjoyed staying here as the atmosphere was laid back and easy going. Definitely would recommend this house and neighborhood to anyone visiting the area.
