The property was as depicted. The management company for the property (Homeowners Collection) is excellent at providing service and communicating. This property is sized for two people; three or four would be a stretch. There are two bathrooms (one upstairs with the bedroom and one downstairs). There is a sofa which can open up to a sleeper but we did not find the sofa to be especially comfortable. If you're using the sofa as sleeper, then there is no living room area when the sleeper is opened. There is a kitchen and it has the essentials but is bare-boned. Location of property is excellent...just as described in terms of access to beach. And a heated pool is maybe 30 yards from the property. The Seaside complex also has several other facilities, e.g., fitness center, 2 other pools, tennis and pickleball courts.

Wonderful stay, excellent property, very clean, wonderful amenities. Didn’t use the bikes, as we purely stayed in seaside to go to the beach, but overall the property allowed for a very relaxing and comfortable. My only complaint was the proximity to the beach was a little over 3 minutes, but not significantly more at all. 10/10 would stay again!

Perfect for Small Family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cottage is perfect for a small family, or couple. Our teen girls were very comfortable on the sleeper sofa downstairs, along with their own full shower bath. We had a queen bed upstairs, along with our own full bathroom, which provided plenty of separation and space. The location cannot be beat -- walk or bike to the West Pool just 3 houses away, or the beach down either Odessa or Pensacola, or to town square, a short bike ride away. The kitchen is small, but perfect for drinks and snacks. We enjoyed the screened porches for evening card games. For our small family of 4, this fit the bill for us perfectly.

Heavy Water ( the back house)

We had a great stay! The location was great. There are lots of stores for shopping and places to eat within walking distance We needed an extra car pass, so that was a bit of a pain. We could only have one. My husband came later and he had to park pretty far away.The public park didn’t allow overnight parking , which I thought was odd. The rental company was very helpful and easy to reach for questions. The kids loved having the bikes! The pull out couch was as very uncomfortable. Luckily my husband was able to bring an air mattress. The beach was beautiful and we had big waves! We did rent chairs and umbrellas even though we brought some. Overall a great trip.
