Enjoy the incredible beaches of the Florida panhandle as you vacation in our townhome. Relax on a tranquil stretch of beach, where the sound of the waves and the soft sea breeze are your only companions. This quiet public beach is the ideal retreat for those looking for a relaxing getaway. This is the ultimate retreat. The townhome features three stories with incredible views from our Gulf-front balconies. This townhome is directly on the beach!!! The Sea Haunts community includes a private boardwalk to beach and an expansive pool with hot tub.

Relax in our gorgeous top floor Master bedroom with king bed and private balcony. Enjoy the fantastic views of the water and beach during the day and let the sounds of the Gulf lull you to sleep at night. On the same floor is an inviting second bedroom with queen bed and shared master bath.
On the main floor, kick back with friends and family in the family/dining room and enjoy the use of the well-appointed kitchen. Included on the main floor is a half bath and a fantastic balcony overlooking the Gulf - great for relaxing with afternoon drinks or gazing at our beautiful sunsets.
On the bottom floor, we feature a kids bunk room (sleeps 4 max. 2 adults)with TV, Playstation 2 and a third queen bedroom with TV, private patio and shared full bath.

This property is located in Santa Rosa beach on Highway 30A just minutes from restaurants and shopping. We are a short ride from Seaside, Destin and Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin. On 30-A you can enjoy the miles of paved bike trails for jogging or biking connecting the 30-A communities of Gulf Place, Seaside, Grayton Beach and Rosemary Beach.

Are you a foodie? You are going to love creating fantastic meals in the well-equipped kitchen using locally caught fresh seafood (grouper, red snapper, gulf shrimp) you can get all of these at Goatfeathers seafood market. We have a community grill area near the pool.

Like to bike? Big Daddy's bike rentals can take care of all your needs with local bike drop off and pick up - you don't even need to leave Sea Haunts.

Is kicking back on the beach more your style? Help your self to our beach toy box - There is no end to the relaxing activities here at Sea Haunts.

Needs Deep Cleaning

While we enjoyed the location and easy beach access, this unit was very dirty. Sticky floors, dust bunnies and dirt, etc. under beds, in closets, and on all baseboards. The basement bathroom had a moldy shower curtain, along with mold around the shower head and knob. A good deep cleaning would go far. One other small complaint is there were no plastic cups in the kitchen, which is a necessity for small children, made us nervous having them drink out of glass cups all week.

The entire family for a beach vacation

Great property right at the beach. Everyone loved it. Easy walk to Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar and other restaurants. Couldn’t be happier dealing with and getting answers to our questions from our host, Lisa Gable. Best family vacation, hands down.

Wonderful location

The townhome is located on a private beach within a gated community. The home is on three levels with panoramic views from the top two decks. There is an eating area on the middle deck. House is very well equipped and there are plenty of beach chairs and beach toys which is an added bonus. Beds are comfortable and kitchen well equipped. There is a community pool and hot tub very close. The home is almost on the beach - a very short walk (1min) down some steps to the sand. A short walk along the beach to a couple of great restaurants and shops. Seaside is about a 10 minute drive and worth the visit. Enjoy the food trucks! Rosemary also worth a visit but we were much happier to be at Santa Rosa where the beach was less crowded and the vibe more laid back! We rented bikes but probably wouldn't repeat as its mainly along the side of the mainroad! Easy to get supplies from Publix or Walmart which are about 10 minutes away. The beach is gorgeous - calm and clear water most of the time and despite a hurricane about 400 miles away we were able to sit on the beach every day! Kids met lots of other kids on the beach. Some of our family flew into Panama City and took an Uber which was very convenient! The Uber even picked them up at 5am for an early flight and was around $55. Recommend taking some beach shade-umbrella or portable Cabana and a cooler! We saw some people with wagons but they had to be carried down about 10 steps.

Great Condo on the Beach

First if we are going to the beach - I want to stay ON the beach! This condo led right to the foot path and over a dune and you were on Santa Rosa beach. That was great! We spent spring break with 5 adults and 4 teen girls here and it was fine. aside from 2 full bathrooms - which, with girls, there is bound to be some issues - this condo was perfect. It was walkable to Shunk's Galley and the shopping right there and about 10 minutes from Seaside. I would say it wasn't luxury - but it was nice, and comfortable. What you would expect for a beach property. They had a bunch of chairs so that was nice - we didn't have to rent - but you could if you wanted to. Like the gated access and the fact that there was a pool because we had 2 red flag days at the beach and the kids could still swim. overall, really nice place and stay - would stay there again for sure! Location is amazing for the beach towns there! Thanks owners! It was lovely!

Great Location

Property was in a perfect location with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked and having extra beach chairs and toys available was a plus. The owner has sent a beautiful charcuterie board upon arrival that was a very nice touch. Couldn’t recommend this place enough for a family or group of friends looking for an awesome beach trip.

Boardwalk right out the back door!

This 3 story condo is all about the beautiful views from the two balconies and the pristine beach being mere steps out the back door. Very clean and comfortable with simple neutral furnishings. The ground floor bedroom and bunk bed bedroom aren't quite as cheery as the upper floors, but we were a couple and didn't use those rooms, so that didn't impact us. The balcony off the master bedroom was delightful and we loved our breakfasts on the balcony off the kitchen/living room area. We loved our stay here.
