Perfect home for family getaway

Our family of three generations loved our time at Cabana Cove. The house is spacious and open and furnished nicely. We enjoyed the pool and the convenience of the golf cart in getting to the beach was a bonus

The perfect place in 30A for a family getaway

My husband booked Cabana Cove last minute for a short getaway for our daughter’s spring break. We are a small family of 3, but wanted to stay in a house to get a better idea of future summer plans with family and friends. This house has it all…..perfect short walk or gold cart ride to the beach, amazing pool, PLENTY of space for several families, top notch amenities, and great customer service. The 3rd floor is a kids oasis with plenty of bunk beds and room to play. The worst part of the trip was leaving. We cannot wait to come back! Book it - you won’t be sorry.

Perfect Family Getaway!

My family spent the week of Thanksgiving at Cabana Cove and had a fantastic time! There were 14 of us (8 Adults, 6 Kids: 7-16 age range) and there was PLENTY of space. The top floor was perfect for the kids to hang out and spend time together and the adults had plenty of space inside and outside to hang out. The location for this time of year was great as we just had a short golf cart drive to the public Blue Mountain Beach access. The beach was never too crowded and the water was still warm enough to swim, paddleboard, and we even had a day with big enough waves to get the body boards out! When we wanted to relax at the house, the heated pool was perfect. This was my 6th time coming to 30A, but the first with my entire family. This house was perfect for our group and we all agreed we would stay at Cabana Cove again during this time of year if we had the chance!

Would definitely stay again!Only thought for those coming in is you cannot get to Publix or Walmart by golf cart, so would either need to Uber or rent a car. We ended up renting a car, which we hadn't planned on doing.Only slight 'complaint' is everyone agreed the pillows, mattresses, and bed coverings were not the most comfortable. So if you're driving in, bring your own pillows!

The location is one of the best we have stayed and Golf Cart was a great additon for the short drive to the beach and ice cream at Blue Mountain Creamery. Beyond Blue is a great rental company and any questions we had - were answered in a very timely manner. House and location is great for large families and Our family will be back.

Family Fun

This property was the perfect size for our big growing families. We enjoyed how much space there was and really loved that the rooms all had an ensuite. The bunks were nice and big queen sizes. That’s a big plus. The pool and golf cart was a great add! Would come back here with large family.

Perfect family space

The house was great. Our daughter is a professional chef and she loved the kitchen! Our youngest grandsons loved the pool. Our older grandsons loved the third floor with 4 bunk beds and a large living space. Everyone enjoyed the screened in porches. We had easy access to the beach and the 6-seater golf cart made it even easier. With a two car garage, we had room for the golf cart and the ping pong table which had constant use.

Our stay

The house still had sand on the floor and one of the bathrooms had garbage in the trash can. The pool was never vacuumed and was dirty. Also, we came in an RV and no where did we see that we couldn’t park it in the driveway. We had to find a place to park it or we would get fined from the association. However, the house was lovely and well equipped.

They keep building more homes but have 12 spots to park at the biggest beach access. We got up early every morning to setup our spot on the beach and park a vehicle somewhat nearby for cleanup after a day at the beach. We had a group of 18 so we had a lot of stuff. House gave everyone their own space.

Beach trip

Property was great. Parking was lacking for a house that sleeps 22. However, we enjoyed it immensely. Rental company was slow to respond after balance was paid and we couldn’t get in the property at the designated time and had to call and wait for a call back. Trash if prior residents wasn’t taken away and rental company asked us to do it. Thankfully, they did end up sending garbage collectors to get it.

The refrigerator was making noises so they sent maintenance over and fixed it right away. We decided to pay the extra to heat the pool and they sent someone over right away as well. The golf cart was great for getting us back and forth from the beach. Family loved the ping pong table and the ice maker was handy. If I had one thing I would change it would be that the beds were not the most comfortable. But I would absolutely stay here again!!!

Nice house

House was pretty. Number of bedrooms was a bit misleading. The house was listed as a 6 bedroom house. There was a bedroom on the main floor and 3 on the second floor. The third floor there was a large room with 2 bunk beds and a closet and bathroom for bedroom 5. “Bedroom” 6 was a closet with bunk beds in it. The room was a 7’x12’ closet, not a true bedroom! It would be ok for kids but needs to be listed as a 5 bedroom house with a bunk room. Overall though the house was really nice and we enjoyed the week. The pool was great as well. Gave 4 stars just because of the number of bedrooms advertised

Fabulous House- Perfect for Extended Family

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Blue Mountain Beach. The layout of the house was absolutely perfect. We had 16 in our group. It was my mother and father in law, along with their 3 adult children and spouses, and all of our children. The master bedroom on the bottom was perfect for my in laws so they would not have to climb stairs. The second floor gave each married couple their own bedroom and bathroom. And then the third floor held all of the kids with plenty of space and their own bathroom. We loved the private pool and use of the golf cart. The kitchen was well stocked and left space for us to store the food and drinks we brought with us. The house is set up perfectly for large families or groups. We also enjoyed all of the wonderful porches and balconies the house had to offer. And it was all just a quick walk or golf cart ride to the beach.

Great house poor response

The house was perfect for our four families with 8 adults and 6 young kids. The kids loved the pool and the beach was nearby. Here's the problem: We asked and paid for the pool to be heated for the kids from the day that we got there. It was not heated until 3 days into our stay. To be fair the management company refunded us our payment for those days that it wasn't heated. The toilet in the upstairs bedroom would not flush and was not repaired for four days. The repair only took a few minutes but it took the management company way to long to get that accomplished when all bedrooms and bathrooms were in use by our family.
