This fourth-floor bright and cheerful condo, remodeled in November 2023, enjoys expansive coastal views, and is perfectly situated right across the street from the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
The condo offers a pristine living space featuring new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, fresh paint, a new queen-size sofa sleeper, rug, accent chair, art and decor, two ceiling fans, a new plush king-size mattress, durable Polywood balcony furniture, among other features.
The fully-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and all the amenities you'll want to make some meals on the go.
TVs are located in both the living room and bedroom, along with some board games for family fun. For your convenience, there’s a washer/dryer and plenty of storage for your beach chairs and sand toys.
Enjoy a quiet glass of wine or coffee in comfort out on the private balcony while you research the area's best restaurants with the free WiFi.
If you want to get in some great nature, you don't have to look any farther than Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, just three miles west of you, where all kinds of great water activities await. Paddleboard, canoe, or kayak over Campbell Lake. There are a ton of fantastic saltwater fish like Spanish mackerel, redfish, and pompano, and you might just catch a glimpse of a whitetail deer, and see some dolphins at the waterline and shorebirds skating along the waves. At Grayton Beach State Park, which is part of the Great Florida Birding Trail, nature lovers can also spot a variety of rare birds. It's all just four and a half miles west.
Things to Know
Internal stairs will not be accessible (please use external stairs). The daily timeframe of construction for the stairs will be from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday (possibly some Saturdays).
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 4.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
