Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Ideally located between Seaside & Rosemary Beach just minutes by bike or golf cart to beach access. This 3 bedroom (king, queen, 2 twins) provides plenty of room for the entire family. Heated community pool and gym access for guests. Back deck overlooks state park land providing some much needed quiet privacy on your family vacation perfect for a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktails. Bikes provided & golf cart for rent with additional fee. Pet friendly

Relaxation!

From the start of the process in booking our house with David, it was all very easy!! He made the entire booking pleasant. Anytime I had questions he responded very quickly. The condo was so nice and supplied with everything we needed for the beach. The six seater golf cart was such a nice addition. The only negative thing I can say about the condo is to maybe have more of a variety of cooking essentials. And that’s not even a negative thing! The beds and pillows were so comfortable that our kids slept so late every morning!! We will definitely be back!

Fall Break Perfection

We loved everything about our stay! The house was very clean and cozy, beds were comfy, and great location. The golf cart was the cherry on top! Basic beach equipment included with stay (beach chairs, umbrella), which saved room in our car when packing. The owner is responsive and easy to communicate with. We’ve already booked our stay for next Fall Break, and can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful home & awesome location!

Our family really enjoyed staying in Prominence! The home was beautiful, convenient to everything and so fun to walk around in the neighborhood and cross the street to go to The Hub! Davey, the owner was so nice and easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommended!
