Incredible location and easy walk or quick golf cart ride to the public beach access. Very well equipped kitchen. We had 3 families during our stay and the house held us all very well. Excellent use of space, very clean and plenty of seating. The owner is quick to respond and helps with anything you need. I highly recommend this home and will definitely be coming back.

Spring break

Communication was awesome-from the moment we walked in we all knew we would enjoy our week. There were three families (4 parents and 4 kids) and it was plenty spacious for everyone. The golf cart made it a breeze to get around the area for our daily beach trips. The Keurig was broke but as soon as we reported it to Kathy, a new one was brought to the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, very nice. A bonus that all the bedrooms had its own bathroom with shower! If I had any questions the owners/managers would text me back right away. Very good experience. Also very nice neighborhood and pool!

Best Vacay Ever!

We visit Destin/Mirimar area every year. This summer we went a little further and chose 30A. Best decision we’ve made. Salty Sams is the perfect location for all your adventures. Stunning home, amazing service, and our favorite place we have stayed yet. Couldn’t have asked for better! The beds were perfect, well stocked kitchen, convenient to so many things. You will not be disappointed with this choice.
