Beautiful House/Location with Issues

My family and I were very excited to spend over a week at this property. The posting looked great with a great location. However, upon arrival we discovered an ant and roach problem, the rental chairs and umbrellas we paid an additional hefty fee for were either broken or in terrible condition, and the house did not come with very many kitchen supplies. In addition, the house alarm went off one night, and we could not get a hold of maintenance to get it turned off. The fire department trucks ended up coming to the house, and we had to explain the situation. The alarm was then deactivated, and I sent emails trying to get the code for it and no one knew it. So, the alarm system remained deactivated for the remainder of our trip which was unsettling because we had two 4 month babies in the house and the neighbor’s grill caught on fire a few days later and came into our yard. Overall, we did not have a great experience despite it being a beautiful house with a great location.

Cozy beach house

We had a great time staying at this property. It’s very clean & an easy walk to the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool when the adults needed a break. The only negative was there’s not many pots & pans in the home & we love to cook big meals from the seafood market.

Perfect!

We love the 30a but we knew beach houses here can be pricey! When this listing popped up on VRBO it had everything we wanted with a great price! Beautiful and clean home, smelled brand new and custom decor felt so chic! The beach access was right across the street and a quick walk for our 4 year old, the beach steps lead right out to a practically private beach and we always had a spot right in front of the water with wonderful neighbors! The pool was the perfect size for a few at a time, but could be hard for a house with lots of kids. Being right off the highway you have quick access to eating and shops, recommend Brozinni’s pizzeria and had the fish house right across the bay bridge! Overall we have zero complaints and would highly recommend. We would absolutely stay here again! Five stars and two thumbs up!
