Beautiful home close to beach

we stayed during spring break and the crowds were not bad at all. The golf cart made it easy to get to the public beach and the home is stocked with all you need.

This property was very nice and clean! It provided a lot of space and was very updated. We would stay here again. A few downsides were the WiFi being out the whole time we were there, inaccurate photo for the bunk beds, and the pool felt exactly like a hot tub!

Very Pleasant Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our time down at Santa Rosa Beach! We found the public beach very crowded and restrictive, but made our way over to Grayton (3-4 miles East) and loved it there. Pool water was quite warm (mid July). The house was really nice, would prefer the ability to checkin earlier, and might suggest trimming the trees over by the side of the driveway; low branches made it a little difficult and uncomfortable to get in and out when 2 vehicles and the golf cart were in the driveway. Outdoor furniture could use some cleaning. Those are pretty picky negatives and our only negatives aside from the expense. Overall, it was very very good!

When we first arrived, what stood out the most was the meticulous cleanliness of the home and the little packages given in the bathrooms and the kitchen for any soap needs, etc. the golf cart was a great addition to be able to have and cruise around town in. The pool was smaller than what we had hoped for but big enough to dip in after a day at the beach. If we had more than one child, it would not have been big enough to actually play in. Along with the pool, we asked for the pool to be heated upon arrival (paid the extra amount for this daily) and by the third day we knew it wasn’t going to be any warmer than cold so we texted the company. They came out and turned up the heat— this ended up making the pool a hot tub. The water was so warm that my son then didn’t want to get in it. Unfortunately, the pool was not something we could use due to it being too cold in the beginning and then too hot after the heat was turned on. We loved the beds and bedrooms. The bathrooms were great too. This is a great home for a family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just recently stayed at this location. Overall things were great. House was beautiful and clean although the 1st bathroom we walked into had a huge dead cockroach on the floor. The outdoor furniture we did not use because it did not look clean. We did have a couple small issues during our stay - golf cart was not holding a charge and the GFCI plug that we did not have access to needed to be reset and the pool lost pressure mid week. Both of these issues were addressed and resolved pretty quickly. The golf cart seemed maybe a little dated and was not connecting to go into reverse on the last day that may need to be looked at for future guests. Overall we had a great time, loved the area and as I said, things happen but the property owners always responded and resolved timely.We would gladly rent with this group again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We throughly enjoyed our stay here. We loved everything about the property and the location and area. All of our needs and wants were met by staying here. There are many restaurants and shops near by along with the beach with all within a short walk or golf cart ride away. The plunge pool was always warm and welcoming. Pam with My Vacation Haven was a true God send before and during our vacation as well as Tony from Golf Wins, there was an issue with the golf cart and between the two of them and the owner of the property all issues were rectified before we arrived so we didn’t miss anytime enjoying the area. We come to the area every year and always stay someplace different but we all agreed that this vacation was very special and that we agreed that it was because if this property and the assistance we received during our vacation. We will be back and we will definitely stay at this property again. The only “con” I would say is that in the bedroom with the two twin beds it would be nice to have a chest of drawers to put your clothes. Go ahead and make your reservation for this property, you will not be disappointed and you definitely won’t want to leave!!

everything was very nice. no spices would have been good to know. rooms were very clean. Pool was a good size for our group of 6 to relax in. Not real big but great for us. BBQ grill was nice. Fire pit was a wonderful add on. Golf cart was a wonderful means of transportation. close proximity to the beach. was truly an enjoyable experience. We have already booked for next year. Beautiful property

Beautiful place,well maintained. Had 12 adults plenty of space. Disappointed that the golf cart was out of service. Received call the day before we arrived telling me cart was out of service. This was one of the reasons I booked this property as my wife cannot walk long distances company did refund a portion of the rental which was good however we were not able to find a cart rental anywhere in Santa Rosa again beautiful place

Beautiful, quiet house!

Beautiful, clean house on a quiet street. Very private, backs up to an area of trees. Easy walk to the beach & nearby restaurants. Nearby path for walking or biking (4 bikes in the garage). Owners were friendly, responsive, very easy to work with. Overall great stay!

Great stay

This house worked great for our family which consisted of three couples; we had ample extra room and could have easily accommodated more people. The location is very good for easy access to 30A shops, restaurants and biking. One thing we were surprised about was minimal parking which wasn't a big deal for us since we only had two vehicles but if you have any more than that there is no room and no parking on the street. Great stay!

Amazing house and great location

This house was impeccable. Wry clean, well stocked, and beautiful. The location was great. We walked down to 30A for shopping and restaurants. We rode the bikes the house provided (nice bikes!). The public beach at the end of the street is quite small now but we still enjoyed it.

The house itself was fantastic — clean, spacious, and exactly as described. We loved the pool and outdoor space. Unfortunately, our experience was significantly overshadowed by constant golf cart issues, which created both major inconveniences and safety concerns.We were stranded on the side of the road TWICE with a 3-year-old due to the cart not functioning properly. I raised concerns about the cart multiple times, and while maintenance did come out on two separate occasions, the issue was never resolved. Even after being shown on a multimeter that the battery was “fully charged” and being told the gauge was faulty and to just drive the cart anyway, the reality was that the cart was unreliable and unsafe.For a property that promotes having a golf cart as part of the rental experience, this was unacceptable. When guests are relying on the cart for safe transportation — especially with young children — it should be properly maintained and in full working order. The lack of a reliable cart seriously detracted from what otherwise would have been an excellent stay.

Beautiful property

We loved every minute of our week at this property! The house was gorgeous in and out, had every amenity that a family with kiddos/teens could imagine and was walkable to all of the local attractions. Excellence location! The bedrooms were large and spacious! The only recommendation that we had, coming from a family that loves to cook together, is to uprgade the blender and add a few larger pots! We hope to return next year fornour Spring Break:)

A Great Escape

What a find!! Pictures do not do justice to the size of this home - very roomy, comfortable, & quiet..Pool is just the right size & outdoor furniture extends the living space beautifully..Made good use of the grill & laundry room(amazing)..Having the bikes available was an added bonus..John & Sandi were VERY responsive to our inquiries which was much appreciated..Couldn’t have picked a better location - it’s right in the middle of everything you could need/want..We had an amazing vacation!!

Lovely stay

This house was a great setup for a family with young kids traveling with grandparents since there is one master downstairs and a second up with the additional bedrooms. The house was beautiful and exceptionally clean. It could have used a few extra kitchen supplies and several bathroom lightbulbs were burnt out, but otherwise had everything we needed and wanted. The pool and outdoor grilling area were lovely. Pool is a bit smaller than it seemed in the pictures but was perfect for two young children to play and adults to cool off. Location is great for beach and restaurants - we walked or golf carted almost everywhere. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this house.

Great house in a great location

My family had an excellent stay here. The property looks just like the photos. The golf cart is a huge help for taking things to the beach, but you don’t really need it otherwise as it is a five minute walk. Great location with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We only had two requests from the management team, (turning on the pool heater and propane for the fire pit) and both were handled very quickly. In case anyone else is confused like I was, this is actually a 4/4 1/2; each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is a half bath downstairs. We will definitely be back.
