Location was wonderful, tucked away yet still so close to all Seaside has to offer. Easy walk to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Royal Destinations was wonderful to work with, by far the best experience we’ve ever had when renting a vacation home. We would recommend this home to friends/ family and would definitely stay here again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have a large group of women who travel to Seaside for an annual girls' tennis trip, almost 10 years now. This house is a great size for our group of 40+ year old ladies, and we love that we all have our own bathrooms! It is beautifully appointed and was the perfect location to walk to breakfast in the morning, grab a cocktail, freshen up at the house and then walk across the lot to the Seaside tennis club. We have stayed at this house several years ago and were thrilled that it was available to us this year. We would love to stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Best location in Seaside. Quiet street near everything. Beds are comfortable, ample bath & beach towels. Loved the open kitchen, living & dining area. Main living area is a bit small for 16 people but dining table works for seating too. We’ve stayed in many locations in Seaside and this was our favorite! We prepared dinner at home every night while men & kids threw frisbee on the lawn across the street. Truly ideal location and enough bedrooms, private baths and space for everyone to spread out. Thank you Royal Destinations! What a special home.

The Shell is an Amazing house!!

Loved our short stay at The Shell!! Was the perfect size and layout for my large family amd my Brothers family! Loved the large swings on the front porch. Location was a quick walk to the beach, shopping and food! Pool amd tennis across the street! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for having us!!

The location was very close to all of the Seaside bars and restaurants and right next to the fitness center with pickleball and tennis courts. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Kitchen cooking area awesome. Loved having a Florida field across from the house rather than a row of homes. Croquet, volleyball! Next to pool and fitness room. Guest services and the hospitality app not great. Didn’t have a house code when we arrived at 7:00 PM. Had to contact them for that! Took me theee days of text to get an accurate working beach gate code to work. Had no map telling us where everything was located. When you spend this kind of money we expect things should be smooth and professional.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful home. professionally decorated and attention to detail. This home checks all the boxes and there are not many like this is seaside. A few items to note however: parking is difficult. The alloted spaces at the rear of the home can hold two cars. Well with a home this size, most guests come with more than two cars. The extra parking space by the trees allowed for one more car but not large enough for a truck or large vehicle. Parking was definitely a challenge. Second, the kitchen was not stocked with all the items you would expect in this type of home. I think it was just time to take inventory to add a few cooking items and utensils that had gotten misplaced or were broken. The ice machine in the bar area was a very nice perk!!! We used it alot.

Great House for multigenerational family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was wonderful. Had every amenity that you needed for a pleasant stay. We had multifamily members of different ages and yet everyone was able to find comfortable and accommodating space. The kitchen was large enough for several people to be in there at the same time. All the bathrooms had nice fixtures and was spacious. All the bedrooms were extremely comfortable according to everyone. If we come back, we will definetly stay there again. Love the location as well. If I were to give one suggestion, it would be about the main living room/sitting area. I just felt with the size of the house, it could have been larger. However, there was more than one sitting area which was upstairs. That was nice for family members that needed time away from others. On another note, a house that large with more than one family staying needs more kitchen garbage bags. An extra one is not enough with the number of people that house can accommodate. We ended up buying more
