Perfect vacation spot

What a great location

First time to 30A and what a great spot. The townhouse is just as advertised! Clean and updated! The location is perfect! Only feet to to sand and the view is great! Only thing to add would be a larger table on the screened in porch. Minor issue for our group of 6, since the table only sat 4. Loved the place and already trying to figure out when we can go back!

Nice stay but unit needs a deep clean

This unit has been partially renovated, mainly the downstairs. The kitchen and dining area were great but the couches / chair in the living room were dirty and we did not want to sit on them. The screen porch needs a deep clean and some sprucing up (as compared to the others we walked by). Upstairs is not great. The carpet has many stains. The bathrooms are original builder grade finishes which is fine, but the showers / tubs were dingy and the grout was moldy. Also - just a warning for those that are hot natured - the master bedroom has very tall ceilings and sky lights and is impossible to keep cool. Also - bring your own bedding! The bedding provided is really just sheets, I'm assuming because of COVID precautions. We enjoyed the location and loved that the beach in front of the unit was fairly private. I hope they continue their renovations and focus on the carpet and bathrooms.
