Luxury Getaway

This house was so beautiful and very comfortable. Everything needed was provided just as if you were home The beach was so beautiful and convenient. The beach chairs and umbrellas were there for us everyday which made it much easier for us to enjoy the beach with little ones. Being steps to the sand was wonderful! Would rent this home again in a heartbeat!

Gorgeous Property

We had the best time at this beautiful home. Best location on the beach if you have teenagers as you are close to seaside but within the watercolor limits. This house was decorated gorgeous, super comfortable and had everything we needed. Only tip. If you are renting a golf cart make sure you get an extension cord because the power source is quite far. That is my only complaint. Will def come back to this home again if we get the chance!!!

Family gathering

This home met all our needs. The main level is just lovely as it the master suite on the 3rd floor. We would have enjoyed a bit better view of the gulf but we managed just fine. The home was very well equipped with all we needed.

Beachfront Gem

Beautifully appointed home with high end everything and private beach access. Daily beach chair set up through Jack on the beach was key to enjoying our week. Also the location on the street side is A+ ... just few short blocks to walk to the downtown seaside food trucks and shops. Preteen heaven. Safe, fun and relaxing. We will definitely return!

Family Vacation

This house was the absolute best. The location was perfect for our entire stay. It comes with 4 beach chairs & 2 umbrellas so NO NEED to rent from water color inn. We didn't need the golf cart from Electric Golf. We had 3 bikes that came with the house. Our host, April, was an amazing communicator. We will be back next year!

Girls of the family get away beach trip

The house was beautiful and a great location. We all could walk to the beach, shop, watercolor pools or dinner. We had breath taking views while we sat on the deck for coffee in the morning or dinner at night. Great house to relax and make new memories.

Great location-management needs improvement

If you’re paying this much, there is a certain level of service you expect to see. This house fell short on every occasion, including the fact that it was filthy. The floors were sandy and it smelled of smoke. The linens smelled sour and musty. The towels bars were falling off the walls and the kitchen amenities were old, dirty, and had flecks of Teflon coming off in the food. Aside from the general condition of the house we had two main issues. First, we picked Watercolor because we needed golf cart transportation for our son who can’t walk far due to neuropathy from chemo. A few weeks before the stay, AFTER we paid for the golf cart rental, the rental company sends an email saying not to rent a cart since there was no place to charge it. We were very disappointed since this was the entire reason we picked this house (8 months prior) and not the one in Seaside which had comfy outdoor furniture and was a better size for our family. I called the office and a rude manager basically told me I’d need to talk to someone else since it was the weekend, but that there was no way I could have a golf cart there. I was shamed for not contacting them before renting it. What?? After finally reaching the right person, I was told that he would make it work and call me back. He never did. I called again and finally was told we could bring a long extension cord and it would work. (The issue is that the house is behind another house and you can’t park close to the house. Be aware of you have mobility issues.) Our second major issue was the washing machine. On Monday, the second full day of our stay, we tossed in wet suits- after all it is the beach. The machine immediately threw an error code. We called maintenance and that began a 5 day back and forth argument with them about the condition of the washing machine. After dozens of calls and texts begging for it to be fixed, it was finally fixed on Friday night. 12 hours before checkout. What a disappointment. We needed that washing machine for suits, clothes, and towels. Again, a big reason why we chose a vacation rental and not a hotel. The property manager did come and get some of the laundry that we were desperate for AFTER three days of calling and insisting. To be honest, her attitude and willingness to help will keep us from ever renting from this company again. She acted as if she was so put out by our need for laundry. In addition, no one will do anything all to help you if it’s not business hours.

Beach Baby

Took the kids and grand baby to the beach and had a ball ! Sea Dream in Watercolor was the PERFECT place ! Great location right on the beach with beach access right next to the house. Easy walk to Seaside & Watercolor. We also enjoyed the Watercolor pools and restaurants. We had perfect weather! Our grand baby loved everything but bedtime :)

Best Location & Amenities for families!

Our family loved this home for our April vacation! Perks of this home include: beachfront with ocean views from patios plus the convenience of walkover right beside house (a huge plus with children under 8yrs-it was nice to not have to lug beach gear far), beach chair set up included each day, walking distance (under 5 minutes!) to restaurants and shops in both Watercolor and Seaside, access to Camp Watercolor and Beach club included with this home…the property manager was quick to reply and answer questions, and the home was perfectly set up for our arrival including being stocked with more than enough beach and bath towels. Every bed was super comfy, and overall this house was a dream to stay in! We have already booked it again for next year!

Spring break

Great listing! House was wonderful, had everything you need for the beach and Seaside. Jack the beach guy was awesome! Plenty of room for sleepers and FANTASTIC location. Do not rent an electric car, not necessary (and nowhere to charge) you can walk and bike everywhere.

Waterfront Heaven

We enjoyed a great week, with coffee on the deck looking at the beach every morning! The house was clean and well equipped with supplies; and with the location between Seaside and the main part of Watercolor, it is easy to get to everything!

Beach perfection

Sea Dream is my favorite property we have stayed in so far. The location and amenities are absolute perfection. It is right on a private beach between Watercolor and Seaside with beach access along the side of the house. The house comes with access to Watercolor beach club. The house was very clean. Our check-in process was super easy and our property manager was just a text away at all times. We loved this property so much we booked it again for next summer.

We had a great time, even though the TVs didn’t work properly and one of the bedrooms stayed too hot all night, we were able to work around it and enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the boardwalk and beach was perfect - we would definitely I it again.

wonderful house

We have stayed all over 30A but this was our first time in Watercolor. Loved it! SeaDream was perfectly located to all the amenities & pools plus great restaurants in Seaside. The house has incredible views & a private beach that is priceless. The house was very spacious & the beds comfortable. I would definetly return here!
