Would definitely stay again!

We rented for staff kayaking trip. Everything was as described. Very clean and roomy with plenty of parking. Wonderful neighborhood, easy communication with rental company and easy check-in/out process. Would definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was a dream come true for our family. Communication was top tier, and they even let us check in early. I have never experienced such hospitality, yet privacy for our family. There was plenty of space for all of us, yet gave a homey feel. The pool was perfect, and beach access was basically in our backyard. Everything was so perfect, we ended up staying an extra day. We are already planning our next stay at this home.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived at the property on a Sunday afternoon. It was a beautiful property. Very clean. Great location. Then the problems started. First, there was no WiFi. That was an issue due to that also means there is no TV. This was remedied until about 4 o’clock Sunday. Second, on the first night, I’m going to sleep in the master bedroom. The pool pump/motor is on the outside wall of the master bedroom and that’s the same wall that the headboard of my bed was against. It was Very loud and then about 5 am it got even louder when the pool vacuum kicked on! I slept every night in earplugs which is ridiculous if you wanted a calm relaxing vacation. Third, the pool alarm in the cabana house had an issue. Apparently the tech had been trying to fix the issue prior to Us. It beeped all night the 2nd night like a fire alarm battery dying. My daughter in law went and slept in a pool chair due to the beeping. The tech came on the 3rd day and changed the battery and worked on the alarm. Afterward it quit working for the rest of the day but started again by the time we left. Fourth, there was one roll of toilet paper provided for each bathroom. No extra. Make sure you bring your own supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Fifth, don’t leave any chairs etc. on the yard next to house, a mower that we weren’t told was coming, mowed grass all over our chairs, toys, floats, shoes and tents, etc. that we had sitting next to the water hose. There also mowed grass over the patio and didn’t blow it off afterward. We tracked grass in the house and the pool. Just blow the deck off. It just seems like there was a lot of problems to be worked out at this rental before you charge that price for it. I was asked to please review and give a 5 star rating. I can not do that.

Loved the house and neighborhood but felt uncomfortable when people went to work on a small project outside o 3 different daysFan outside was not working and sprinklers to pool only worked the first day we arrived.
