Spring Break Vacation

Quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Very nice house with plenty of room for everyone. Having the golf cart was a big plus! It made getting around to all the amenities and shopping/dining areas so easy. We had a wonderful week!

Great Family House

I came with my adult children, spouses and 1 grandbaby. House was nicely set up. I like that 3 bedrooms were on-suites, the fourth could have their own dedicated bathroom in the hallway. Golf cart was a great addition, as was the club membership. We rented bikes and took rides everyday. You definitely, want a way to get around as the house is a distance from downtown Seaside. We loved the area and will definitely recommend to others.

Overpriced

While there were certainly positive aspects, there were a few issues that impacted our overall stay. Upon arrival, we encountered a minor setback as we couldn't enter the property until 4 PM unless we were willing to pay additional fees. The house itself had a nice aesthetic, but I must admit that it fell short in terms of comfortable chairs and beds. The kitchen was small but stocked with pots, pans and dishes and some silverware. The availability of extra bedding was limited, which made sleeping arrangements a bit tight for 10. The bath towels provided were not of the best quality and were insufficient for our needs. One highlight was the convenience of having a six-seater golf cart available. The close proximity to the pool was also a plus, as it was only a short walk away. We did encounter some maintenance issues during our stay, a clogged shower. I appreciate that the issue was addressed and fixed within 24 hours, but it did disrupt our plans for a short while. The property's location was relatively convenient, with a public beach within a reasonable .9 mile walking distance. Alternatively, there was a pool nearby and a somewhat unkept watercolor private beach that was around a 10-minute drive or a long walk away. While there were amenities such as tennis courts, kayaks, yolos, paddleboards, beach chairs, and umbrellas available, there were additional charges associated with using all these amenities. In summary, my family's stay at the Birdhouse had its ups and downs.

Just as pictured!

The house was amazing! Very clean, beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was perfectly located. Check in and check out went smoothly! My favorite parts of the house were the gorgeous porches with the huge swings. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone traveling to this area!

Amazing Home Close to everything

We absolutely loved our stay at The Birdhouse! It checked off everything our family needed plus more! The location is close to everything and within a few short minutes from Watercolor beach and pool! We also enjoyed that we could walk 2 minutes from the house to the Dragonfly pool. The camp watercolor was within minutes away as well! The home offered a golf cart and it was so easy for us to hop on and get to Seaside within 8-10 minutes! The house was very clean and we enjoyed our stay very much! We would recommend The Birdhouse because it will not disappoint you! ❤️❤️
