Newly constructed, luxurious, single level custom home. Private and secluded with a big backyard and a salt water/ionization system pool. Pool will be heated upon a request only at $ 50 night to 80 F. Please be aware that it takes 24 hours for the pool to get heated. We require a 3 day notice to be able to make the arrangements. There will be an addition $ 40 trip fee for last minute decisions. House is located on a quiet street in a friendly Dune Allen neighborhood. Short 10 minute walk to public beach access with showers, restrooms and parking.
Few smaller beach access areas close by. Pond in the backyard and state park behind the pond. This is an elegant, contemporary house featuring European porcelain tile, European contemporary kitchen cabinets and Italian furniture. If you like living surrounded by nature, enjoy the privacy and proximity to public beach, this house has it all.
Triple bunk beds, however the upper level might not be suitable for kids 12 and younger. Parents discretion advised. House could sleep up to 9 people (2 king beds, 1 queen and a triple bunk bed).
There are 3 smart tvs in the house with many apps. No cable tv available. Parking only in front of the house. There is enough parking for 3 cars. Garage is not available for parking. However access is granted to storage area with beach chairs, 4 bikes, beach cart and some toys. Topsail State Park nearby has a nice, less crowded beach, hiking trails, biking, activities. There is a coffee shop there with evening live music. The west end of 30a is considered the best end.
