Perfect Company Retreat

For our 3rd year company retreat we chose Grayton Station and it did not disappoint! From the communication of the rental company to the location and the vibe this beach house made for an incredible company retreat!

Amazing vacation!

4 adults, 6 kids (ages 15-8)What an amazing house! Across the street from the Red Bar and short walking distance to the beach. Rooms are very nice sized and the multiple washers and dryers were a big plus! So many areas to sit outside and hang out. The agents were always quick to respond via text or phone. Would stay again!

Excellent house and location!

We had a big group (kids to adults) for spring break and the house and location was perfect. Steps from the beach and across the street from the Red Bar! Other restaurants and shops were within walking distance. No reason to drive anywhere if you don't want to. Sanders Beach rentals was great to deal with and very accommodating. 5 stars!

Birthday weekend 4 years running

What can I say about this property wow. It lived up to all the expectations with great location and all the amenities wrapped up in one package. Short walk to the beach or out the back door to the pool lets say we had options. Plenty of accommodations for our entire party of 10 adults. The pool house is a cozy and neat addition. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to all my firends. Thanks again.

Week at the beach

Great house with a short walk to the beach. House was perfect for our family. Lots of room, nicely appointed, and super comfortable. Pool was perfect for cooling off and relaxing. My only complaint isn’t with the house but with vehicles being allowed to drive up and park on the beach. That was kind of a bummer. Kind of ruins the natural vibe of the beach, but that’s not the fault of the rental. A great experience, otherwise.
