- 2-minute bike ride and 1-minute LSV drive to Dune Allen Regional Beach Access. This accessible beach entrance with a ramp to the sand offers beach service, seasonal lifeguards, parking, bike racks, outdoor showers, and restrooms.
- Pet friendly for up to 2 dogs, 60 pounds or less. Approval from Exclusive 30A and payment of a non-refundable pet fee required prior to arrival. Unauthorized pets will result in fines and possible eviction
- Enjoy exploring 30A using the 6 Taxi Bikes and 6-seater LSV (golf cart) provided during your stay. Both are serviced regularly by La Dolce Vita, and they are ready to adventure when you are! Must sign a waiver for access to the bikes and LSV.
- Fenced-in yard with Private Pool, Spa, and shade screen. Pool and spa are heated at the same temperature. Pool heating available for an additional fee for arrivals October - April
