Late season trip

Great spot, easy in and out, safe feeling and close to lots of great places! 98% good! Bikes were rusted and without tires out back….so that was a no go, but we loved every bit of the house and the stay! You will not be disappointed! We will come again.

The Best Vacay!

The house was spacious and beautiful, I loved the high ceilings. This home has every kitchen appliance imaginable, lol. The private balcony off the master was such a peaceful spot to start and end each day. The home is located in a quiet, gated community just a few minutes from Seaside, which made it easy to enjoy great restaurants, shops, and live music nearby. The beach was only a short golf cart trip away, and having beach chairs provided made it even easier. The community pool is massive and close by. It has a neat lounge area. The management company, Beach Luxury Vacations was great to work with. They were sooo helpful! We'd love to stay here again if we come back to town.

Nice fall vacation

We came in the fall and we had a great time in this spacious and extremely clean house. We had a maintenance issue during our stay and maintenance arrived promptly. The management company was very easy to work with and very responsive to our questions. You wont regret staying here!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We loved the location. We were able to park the car and get anywhere we needed with the provided golf cart. The kids loved the pool and beach! Sweet n Salty

Such a quaint home in a nice neighborhood. We loved having dinner at the home at the big dining room table and the fully stocked kitchen made cooking in a breeze. We used the golf cart to get to literally everywhere and the kids liked the hammock a whole lot.

Fabulous Home and Community on 30A!

What a great place to spend a week on Florida's beautiful 30A. This home is well-appointed, comfortable, bright and airy. And incredibly clean! We were a group of 4 mothers and 4 daughters with room for all. Linens and towels are fresh and plenty. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal, and plenty of storage for food, wine, etc.. Location is excellent being just a short drive to explore the 30A, or use the golf cart to spend the day at the beach or go for dinner! Lots to do within walking distance as well, and the pool is a 5 minute stroll from the home. Quiet and lovely community to relax when you're having down time at the house. The porch with its chairs and hammock were a popular place for our group to gather. Highly recommend Sweet N Salty!

Dream Vacation

Everything about this property was awesome, from the location to food, shops, and beach. Having the golf cart was a game changer for our trip and we are now spoiled and will never not have one on our beach trips. The house is beautiful, was very clean, and had all the kitchen supplies you could ask for. The only thing we didn't particularly like (but would not stop us from renting this house again) was the air rule of 72 degrees. With the August heat and humidity in FL we got a little hot while sleeping at those temps. Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to be in the Santa Rosa Beach area.

Perfect home for a perfect vacation!

I can't say enough how nice this home is! The owner and property manager were incredible to work with and honestly thought of everything to make our stay perfect! The home was phenomenal and we were so impressed with how meticulously clean it was. From the golf cart, to the beach chairs, to the decor, to the fully stocked kitchen - we couldn't have asked for more. Greenway Station is literally a 2 minute walk and has amazing restaurants, shops and bike rentals and was our go-to for the week. Eastern Lake beach access is gorgeous and the water was crystal clear. Our kids absolutely loved the neighborhood pool and it was literally a 30 second walk from the front door. We will be back to 30A and will definitely be staying at Sweet n Salty! Thank you for an amazing vacation.

We had an awesome stay at Sweet N Salty! The house is beautiful, super comfortable, and had plenty of space for our group.
