Welcome to "30A Beach Day!" This BRAND NEW home is a beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath beach home and only minutes from the gorgeous blue/green waters of the Emerald coast! Situated directly behind the community pool, you can enjoy watching the kids swim from the comfort of the home's oversized 2nd story-covered balcony!

By reserving this property, not only do you have access to use the FREE 6-seater golf cart, but you also receive a credit to be used toward beach gear rentals and services at La Dolce Vita! This includes bike rentals, beach chairs, beach chair/umbrella set-up, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences, and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family! As if that wasn't enough, while staying at "30A Beach Day," you are only minutes away from 30A's newest beach access as well as in walking distance from, "Stinky's," a local's favorite seafood restaurant.

This home is located in Santa Rosa Beach on the west end of 30A in the popular family-friendly neighborhood of, "Serenity at Dune Allen." The neighborhood is situated directly across from the brand-new public beach access, which is equipped with plenty of parking, nice new bathrooms, and a large ramp all the way down to the sand. Only minutes from the popular shopping, and dining area of Gulf Place makes it an easy golf cart ride away, and close enough to take a bike ride down 30A to get your morning cup of Joe from, "Sunrise Coffee." You, and your family are sure to fall in love with all that this gorgeous home has to offer! Beautifully decorated, yet comfortable and family-friendly, this home is sure to give you the Serenity you desire while vacationing on 30A.

When you enter the home you are welcomed by the large open-concept living/dining/kitchen area! The well-appointed kitchen offers beautiful quartz countertops with stainless appliances, a dining table with seating for up to 6 guests, and seating for an additional 3 guests at the gorgeous kitchen island! Off of the kitchen, you will find the first of the homes guest suites offering a king bed and private bathroom. Also located on the home's 1st floor is the first of the home's two beautiful King Master Suites! This first-floor master boasts, a king-sized bed, a large closet, a private bathroom, w/dual sinks, and a beautiful walk-in shower. Also found on this level of the home is a half bath and laundry room for your convenience.

The second floor boasts 2 additional bedrooms, a hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo, as well as a small loft area with a Full sized loft bed and hang-out space below! The bunk room is set up to sleep 6 kids comfortably, with 2 sets of full over full bunk beds, and a twin-sized trundle as well on each bunk. The 2nd master suite is complete with a king bed, a private bathroom with walk-in shower. Also on the 2nd floor of the home is access to the home's oversized private covered balcony. This outdoor living space boasts a comfortable lounge area, a twin-sized swing bed, and direct views of the community pool. This space makes for the perfect spot for that morning cup of coffee or evening nightcap.

All guests are provided with an "amenity starter kit," which includes an initial supply of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dishwasher pods ( x1) toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods (X1), and trash bags. These items are provided for your convenience, and are only intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours of your stay.
