Beautiful home in 30A with a great location! The home is clean, modern and very comfortable. We had a great family Thanksgiving week at the beach. We would definitely stay again!

Spring Break retreat

We had the best time here. It was the perfect getaway for the beginning of spring Break. We loved the house and the community it was in. Quick walk or golf cart ride to the beach! The kitchen was well stocked and items were easy to find!

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had an amazing time at 30A Beach Day. The house was exactly as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the proximity to Dune Allen Beach. It is a beautiful and clean beach. The water was stunning. The neighborhood was clean and felt very safe for our teenagers to get around on bikes. Our favorite part was by far the large upstairs deck and swing bed. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great stay to end the summer!

First time branching out and trying a new home/condo and greatly pleased we did. The area is a perfect location as it feels like it’s right in the middle of everything you’d want to go to. Whether that be going to Seaside for dinner or up to Miramar Beach to go to the silver sand outlet mall. The house was also great with its space and size. And the personal golf cart was very nice, especially to go get some breakfast biscuits from Stinkys bait shop in the morning!
