AWESOME last minute getaway

Can't rave enough about this home and the management company! We made a last minute reservation for our family and the management company went out of their way to make it seamless. The house was more than big enough to spread out for our large group, thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool, the golf cart made traversing 30A fun and a breeze, just enough off the 'beaten path' to be peaceful....SO much to love. Lots of great memories made and already talking about our 2025 trip!

Loved this place.

We loved this place! We had 8 adults and 7 children (ages 12-2) and the house was perfect for us. The house was super clean when we arrived. We especially enjoyed the pool area - the pool was big enough and there was plenty of seating around the pool and on the covered patio. We spent a lot of time in this area. The kitchen had a huge refrigerator/freezer so there was plenty of room for our food. It was easy access to the beach - we had to cross the 2 lane road (30A) where cars always stopped for pedestrians. The only mildy difficult part was going down the 30 steps right as we approached the beach. We carried our shade tent, beach chairs, toys, and coolers in 2-3 beach wagons so we had to have 2 people per wagon carry the wagon down the steps. Note: All of the beach access paths near here had similar number of steps to get over the dunes onto the beach.

Wonderful stay!!! Extremely easy check in. Very timely, friendly communication from host. The house was perfect for us, our girls (and family) and grandkids. Plenty of space, close to the beach, and easy to get to town.

We had a great Thanksgiving week stay. Our group of 10 adults, 5 children, and 1 dog all had fun. The pool was lovely and warm, the kitchen was well stocked with equipment, the beds were comfortable, and the golf cart was a huge hit! Beach access was an easy walk across the street with a lovely boardwalk to the beach. Great location, close to all of the fun shops and restaurants. We all loved the Saturday after Thanksgiving parade! We received plenty of communication from Alex which was helpful. 10 out of 10.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were 16 of us and this house was perfect! Great location to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. It has everything we needed and was super clean!

Clean and close to the beach

We had an excellent stay here. It was perfect for multiple families and lots of teens/kids. The walk to the beach was so easy and very short. The house was clean and well stocked. We had a couple small things that needed fixed but the property manager was quick to address them. (A couple of the bikes were needing air in the tires and seats adjusted and there was a small leak in the washing machine). We loved our stay so much we actually extended for another day! The open floor plan on the main level with sliding doors to the back patio/pool is also great so you can be in the kitchen and still keep an eye on anyone in the pool. You will not be disappointed if you book!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was in a great location - easy walk to the public beach access, and not too far from Seaside’s center. We are a large extended family with both young children and adults, and the house really accommodated us well. The pool and multiple living areas were enjoyed by all! The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and serveware. We did have a couple of issues upon arrival, but the management team was very responsive and made everything right for us. Shout out to Alex and his team for their help!
