Magical House, Magical Vacation!

Wow! This house on Magical Way was perfect for what we needed: It was beautiful, spacious and close to the ocean. We loved the outdoor pool and screened-in porch as well as the golf car for trips to the beach! Our host, Kathy, was also friendly and helpful. Thanks for a magical experience!

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect house for our family. We had plenty of room for our family of 12. We especially enjoyed having our own little private pool and we really appreciated having the golf cart to get to and from the beach. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

Location, location, location! What a beautiful beach house in a lovely subdivision. The three master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms were fantastic. The kids’ bunk room was fabulous and large with its own en-suite The hall bunks were perfect for the young grandsons. We all enjoyed the well stocked kitchen. Our favorite spot was the screened in porch and pool. With the pool alarm, it kept the kids safe as we watched from the porch. Getting to the beach and restaurants was easy on the new golf cart and bikes we rented. The community pool was across the street and enjoyed by all.

End of Summer

The house was great, and the kids (four of them, ranging in age from 4 - 10) loved the house. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and the kitchen was stocked very well. The check-in process was very easy, along with the check-out process. The daily texts probably are a nice touch to some folks, but frankly, I did not read them. It would have made such a huge difference on many fronts had the house provided beach towels. I do laundry almost every day anyway, throwing beach towels in the washer at the end wouldn't be difficult.

Great house!

We had an amazing time staying in 30A area! This house is located in perfect location! Within walking distance to the beach. Dune Allen Beach is beautiful! It was super convenient to have a golf cart right there on the driveway whenever we needed it. The house inside was brand new! We enjoyed the back porch and kids had a blast at the community pool which was just few steps from the door. The house manager Jason was super helpful whenever we had any questions. Overall we had a great experience.

Good place

Overall this house for the price is nice. It’s missing a few cooking amenities but has most of what you need. Biggest thing to prepare yourself for is if you put kids in the bunk room on the 3rd floor…it is VERY loud every time they get down to use the bathroom or even just walk around. The insulation in between the floors is non existent. Other than that it’s good house and close to the beach as long as you have a golf cart.
