Great place

Plenty of room for 2 families. Very convenient to beach and 30 a. Golf cart included with house is nice. Kitchen well supplied. Def would stay again

Absolutely beautiful House

Great Getaway

Loved the proximity to the beach. Great floor plan for multiple ages and families! Pool was fantastic to swim in while cooking on the outdoor grill. Golf cart was a nice addition for traveling to the beach or down 30A. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was perfect for a bachelorette trip! We had a large group and the house was definitely big enough for us. Every room is decorated so nice, the beds were so comfortable, and having a golf cart on site made it easier to get around. The house is close to the Gulf Place area where there are many restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. This area is definitely less crowded than further down 30A headed towards seaside. I love that not as many people vacation down on this side. It makes it easier to get around. The public beach access is also right down the street.

PERFECT BEACH GETAWAY❤️

This location is just 4 minutes from the beach! The neighborhood was peaceful. The home was SPACIOUS, CLEAN & GORGEOUS! Kim was a WONDERFUL host! She was easily accessible throughout the entire process from booking to arrival to departure. We definitely plan to come back!!

The house has everything you could dream of, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel at home.We loved gathering around the large kitchen table for meals and game nights. The pool was a great spot to cool off and hang out together.The golf cart was incredibly convenient for trips to the beach and came in handy for quick runs back to the house—whether for lunch, something we forgot, or just to head out to one of the fantastic restaurants along 30A.Thank you so much for opening your home to our family again. We picked this house because of the 4 bedrooms with attached baths. Everything was clean, the kitchen provided what we needed for the 3 meals we cooked at the house, the pool was a great size and the house was perfect for 4 couples. I can only speak for the one queen room we stayed in upstairs but the bed was so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we ended up back in Santa Rosa or Miramar Beach
