Great place

Plenty of room for 2 families. Very convenient to beach and 30 a. Golf cart included with house is nice. Kitchen well supplied. Def would stay again

House was great, location is great, definitely recommend! House is absolutely beautiful inside & out. We have no complaints. The host was the best person to deal with, went above and beyond.

Great Getaway

Loved the proximity to the beach. Great floor plan for multiple ages and families! Pool was fantastic to swim in while cooking on the outdoor grill. Golf cart was a nice addition for traveling to the beach or down 30A. Would definitely stay here again!

PERFECT BEACH GETAWAY❤️

This location is just 4 minutes from the beach! The neighborhood was peaceful. The home was SPACIOUS, CLEAN & GORGEOUS! Kim was a WONDERFUL host! She was easily accessible throughout the entire process from booking to arrival to departure. We definitely plan to come back!!

We had plenty of room for all of us, the rooms were very comfortable, the air worked great, beds were soft the home was clean, it was a very quiet neighborhood. The pool was a hit. Whoever decorated this did a beautiful job. Property management was so easy to talk to and helpful. You will lack nothing in this home. Having a golf included with this was so helpful!! Thankyou for everything.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best time! Booking was so easy and Kim always responded very quickly. The house was perfect! It was clean when we arrived, all of the beds were comfortable and the pool in the yard made it so fun for an additional hang out spot beyond the beach. We loved the ease of the golf cart too to go grab some breakfast and just to drive around 30A. We will definitely book again!

Perfect for four couples

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 4 college buddies and their wives got together to watch a 5th buddy get married. We picked this house because of the 4 bedrooms with attached baths. Everything was clean, the kitchen provided what we needed for the 3 meals we cooked at the house, the pool was a great size and the house was perfect for 4 couples. I can only speak for the one queen room we stayed in upstairs but the bed was so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we ended up back in Santa Rosa or Miramar Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was awesome. very family friendly space. he large frig was perfect. The large island was great. The pool is perfect size, and use of the golf cart made it so easy to run to eat and the beach. The house has 6 beach chairs and a beach cart to use. we enjoyed everything about it. Kim is very responsive and helpful with our stay.
