This smoke-free condo building features laundry facilities and a garden. The condo provides a kitchen with a fridge, an oven, a stovetop and a microwave. Great long weekend getaway

Ernie was a great communicator, and was in contact throughout our stay to make sure we had everything needed for a great visit. The unit is in a great location, within walking distance or a short drive to many highly rated restaurants and bars. My wife and I had a wonderful time at this property for a long weekend, and would definitely book again in the future.

Perfect Location!

This condo is very cutely decorated and just what we needed for 2 adults. We loved the location to the beach and being right in the middle of Seagrove Beach! The property manager was extremely communitive before our arrival as well as checking in on us a few days into our trip. The only negative is I wish there was a king size bed but that is not enough to detour us from staying there again.

Location can’t be beat

This was our first time staying at this property, but it definitely won’t be our last! The view from the balcony is even better in person, the beach access is steps from the condo, the area felt very safe at night, and a few minutes drive to the heart of seaside. Ernie was on top of everything, and even sent a checkin message to make sure there were no issues. From booking until checkout, it was one of the easiest VRBO transactions I’ve had. We loved it so much, we’re already talking about staying here again this fall
