Watercolor 2023

Wonderful visit to this cozy and well appointed home. Great location and great communication from the rental company. Beds were not the most comfortable, but everything else was top notch.

Great Vacation

This property was perfect for our two families. Combined we had 5 children ages 2-9. It was a great location and perfect set up. The decor was perfect for a beach vacation. The kitchen was stocked with anything you may need for making meals and was very organized. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sun Haven!

Prettiest house in Watercolor!

We were crazy about this house! It was so pretty and filled with natural light. We love Watercolor and this was our 3rd time visiting. This house was amazing. Literally my ONLY suggestion would be to: 1. provide a knife set (we grilled steaks and had to share a massive knife! lol) 2. There wasn't a pantry, or the one we saw was locked. So we rearranged some cabinets to store food. Otherwise we thought the place was perfect! Thank you so much!

Dissapointed

We've stayed at Watercolor or Seaside for the last 5 years and this was definitely our least favorite property. We love Watercolor and have stayed at Seaside in the past as well. When we arrived we had plans to meet friends for dinner and on our way out, found out that the Golf Cart wouldn't work. Apparently, it had been serviced and left in tow mode. The company came out the next day and 'fixed it.' When we tried to use it after they left later in the day, the front wheel wouldn't move. Another fix and another day lost on the Golf Cart. This continued with poor battery issues and found out the outlets that were charging the golf cart were not working properly. The door to the downstairs guest bathroom wouldn't close. We had them repair it the next day but even after the repair, it would slowly slide open while you were using the bathroom. Only one side of the toaster worked. By the way, this is not a chef's kitchen. The appliances are chosen because of their pink color and not because of their functionality. We had to google how to use the Smelg coffee machine - turns out you have to push the power button quickly twice to start brewing coffee. They did have a Keurig but we prefer to make a carafe. The vent hood barely worked to suck up any smoke forcing us to open the windows when we cooked. Overall, this is a lower level property than the price justifies. PS - internet kept going out as well.

Lovely stay

Perfect for three generations, with private master suite on first, and 2nd floor suite as well as kids’ bedrooms. Darling house with retro vibe and great location close to all amenities.

Perfect stay for 2 families

We loved this property. The house is so adorable and very comfortable. We especially LOVED the ice maker. It was utilized so much. I would stay here again.

2022 Summer Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed the home and all of it's furnishings; there was ample room for our family of 10 to be comfortable. The outdoor screened patios were especially nice areas for us to hang out. Would definitely recommend this home. Watercolor was a lovely place to visit and hope to return in the future.

Perfect place

Your Comments My family loved the Sun Haven. Spacious and fun with a great location in Watercolor. Golf cart was huge bonus as well. Easy access to store and beach and shopping. Very comfortable home with spacious rooms. Loved the screened in porches as well, could barely tell they were there visually. Highly recommend. And the management was fantastic, truly responsive and super accommodating. We will return soon!

AMAZING HOME

We had 2 families staying in this home, 4 adults and 6 kids, (ages 13-16), and everyone had an amazing time! The house was very comfortable and inviting. there was room for everyone, and the common areas were big enough for all of us to gather for meals, and entertainment! We loved having the golf cart for the adults, and all of the bikes for the kids! We will definitely stay here again

Comfortable Stay

We loved the location, golf cart and bright and open spaces in the home. The outdoor seating areas, kitchen, quality of towels and supplies were all great. The home was clean and well taken care of. The only draw back was that the downstairs bedroom mattress was not the most comfortable.

Our family loved our stay in this house. It was very clean and a perfect location to the pools and beach. We had one issue, but the manager was very helpful and responsive. It was so great to have the golf cart to use to get around and we hope to visit again!

Great House, Great Neighborhood

house was nice and clean. property owners had it ready for us an hour early as well to accommodate travel. We had one issue, but they communicated well and resolved it for us. having the golf cart on site is a plus for sure as well. would definitely stay here again.

Babies First Beach Trip

We stayed here with a total of 4 adults and 2 babies (18m and 12m). The space worked perfectly for us. Kids had their own rooms. And both were upstairs. There are 2 bathtubs one up and one down. The upstairs tub would not plug up which wasn’t a big deal for us bc my son refuses to sit for a bath anyway! We were happy to see toys and games to help entertain the kids. And our husbands enjoyed some very serious games of ping pong on the upper deck! Golf cart was extremely beneficial. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spot, will be back

We loved this spot. Property is perfectly situated in Watercolor with easy access to Seaside, Frog Pool, WCBC, Camp Watercolor, etc. Use of the golf cart was such a great addition, and really helped our family get our stuff down to the beach. Finishes and furniture was well thought out and the house was just as described. We hope to be back to this same spot again! Management company was extremely available, Nada was immediately on top of any request we had or issue we brought up. Thanks so much.

Spring Break 2020

We stayed at Sun Haven for spring break. We were there the week of the beach, pool and restaurants closings. This was our first time at Watercolor. Even with the closings and the the unusual circumstance of the corona virus, this is a beautiful house. The location is amazing. The house is clean and so cute I highly recommend this property.
