Clean, lots of room, beds weee comfortable. Beach was perfect. Could have used more hooks in the bathrooms and mirrors for getting ready in the bedrooms.

Phenomenal house

Our first time to seaside for a wedding and all was stunning. The house, location, shopping, restaurants were fabulous.

We celebrated Thanksgiving with friends (6 adults 6 kids) at Tailwinds and Tides. The layout worked well for the families we traveled with and had enough space for the kids to hang with us or in a separate room. The location was amazing. While we had access to the golf cart and bikes, it was an easy walk to Seaside, Watercolor and public beach access. We enjoyed the hot tub, cooking in the kitchen, and playing games. This vacation home comes with a starter kit for toiletries, trash bags, dish soap and laundry detergent, however we would recommend brining your own if you plan on staying more than a few days. The kitchen has a good amount of utensils/cooking supplies and they even provided a roasting pan for Thanksgiving. The pantry is empty so bring your own spices. Communication with ELP was great. They were responsive and dropped off some treats for the holiday!
