Great location and accommodations

We enjoy the property very much. Great location, close to the beach and the private pool was great for our kids. The golf cart was a nice addition, we didn’t drive our rental car once. Would definitely stay here again.

You won’t be disappointed!

We absolutely loved everything about this place! Beautiful property and well furnished! Great communication as well! We all fell in love with the area! The accommodations with the golf cart, beach toys, wagons, private pool all made it a luxurious and pleasurable experience! Highly recommend!

Perfect place to vacation

This property was perfect for my family to stay at during Spring Break!! They provided everything we could ask for and more! We didn’t have to travel with any beach items (chairs, umbrellas, towels, toys, wagons etc) because they had enough for all of my family members to enjoy! The house is walking distance from the beach as well as a quick mart to pick up any last minute items. They even heated the pool for us upon arrival. The property management team was awesome to work with as well! We will definitely stay here again.

Ladies Friends Trip

Six 50+ year old ladies spent 4 lovely nights at this beautifully decorated home. Weather was perfect. Distance to the beach was easily accessible- within walking distance. The 6 seater golf cart was perfect. Used it to drop off beach supplies and then would walk back as no real golf cart parking near the beach but that was fine. Plenty of chairs (a few needed to be replaced and we let property managers know) and umbrellas to use and take to the beach which was nice. Beach toys and a cart for those with kids. The home was the perfect size for us but the pool was the real winner. Super clean and just the right size. The back door alarm wasn’t our favorite and took a bit to get used to it. We just had fun keeping count on how many times someone accidentally made it go off. I can’t really say there was anything bad about this home. Beds were comfortable. Loved the huge master bathroom. Bunks were a good size for adult women especially the bunks on the 1st floor. I would say the AC was a little funky on the 3rd floor. Loud and wasn’t consistent but other than that great stay. Property manager was great to work with and responded quickly to questions we had. Overall would definitely stay again and recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed staying in this home. It was clean and in a great location. It was close to the beach but also on a quiet street. We were a group of 4 adults and 6 kids, and there was plenty of space. We didn't need to buy any beach gear - it came with chairs, beach wagons, pool towels, and toys. The golf cart was a nice amenity as well. We had a minor issue maintenance issue at check-in and management took care of it right away. We would definitely stay here again.

Traditional Spring Break

The property was nice. Unfortunately, the home two doors down is under construction and they start banging and jackhammering at 7am. The homes are very close together and you can hear everything and don't know who is making the noise. . The home does need a few more pots and pans for those of us who like to cook.

Excellent vacation home and location

Tide the knot was perfect in every possible way for our family of 7 adults & a 10 month old. The house is very updated & nicely decorated, clean upon our arrival, adequately furnished kitchen with brand new Cafe appliances, comfortable bedding. The pool and pool furniture were top notch and the string lights were a nice touch in the evenings. Having the public beach access & Tom Thumb for ice just a block away was very ideal. The golf cart, 4 bikes, pack n play, high chair, baby float, beach toys, boogie boards, beach cart, beach chairs were all nice perks. Property manager was excellent to deal with, promptly responding to any questions. The only negative and has nothing to do with Tide the Knot was the large amount of private beach areas off the beach access. There are only small sections open to public and we had to go out very early to claim a spot close to the access for our larger group so just be aware of this. We will definitely be back!

Perfect house for multiple families

My family of 5 stayed with one other family and it was perfect! Plenty of space for us all to be together inside and outside. The two bunk rooms were especially helpful for our 5 kids. The walk to the beach is a short(<5 min), easy trip and the surrounding towns were a quick car drive. And as crazy as it sounds, we loved being so close to the Tom Thumb convenience store for little things throughout the week. We would definitely recommend this house and stay here again!
