Great space

The outdoor space is amazing. We enjoyed our time at the house. Location is great for the beach or restaurants. Would recommend to anyone who has a group that enjoys pool time.

Our favorite 30A Experience to date!

We had the best stay at Turtles Nest. It's in a quiet neighborhood that is a short walk, bike or golf cart ride to everything. Beautifully furnished, well equiped, super clean and a great size home for our family. We were appreciative of the abundant parking for our multiple vehicles (very rare for 30A!). The large, beautiful heated pool with the tanning shelf and loungers was our favorite spot during the day. At night we enjoyed the amazing gliders in front of the outdoor fireplace in the pool pavilion which is also well equipped with frig, ice maker, sink, grill, out door shower and half bath. Having the golf cart and bicycles made shopping, restaurant hopping and beach trips fun and easy. And that 4 hole golf putting green was also such a hit with our crew! This is our first property to stay at with so much outdoor fun right on the property. Our property contact, Shawna was also so prompt and gracious throughout our stay. We will definitely book again for next year!

Hassle

Nice property and convenient to the beach. However the property management company is lack luster. Incorrect door code upon arrival, no big deal, just irritating to stand outside after an 8hr commute waiting for a response. Floors weren’t clean upon arrival and there were enough wash cloths for the number of guests, again not going to sweat the small things but irritating nonetheless. Trash was never picked up bc it was never communicated with me that the can needed to be moved to another location. One of chair in the living room was broken and someone had previously leveled it with a book. Again had the floors been properly cleaned they would have noticed. For the price of this rental I guess I expected better service.
