Make memories with your friends and family in this 4 Bedroom 4.5 bath house less than 100 yards from Dragonfly heated pool with jacuzzi, and grilling area. 2 minute golf cart ride to the public beach access.
We have just started managing these bookings with a different PM and lost all the reviews we had over the last 4 years, please know that we feel your stay with us will be nothing less than 5 STAR!

The Yellow House is a wonderful place to stay for a large family. We loved the four bedrooms with each having their own bathroom. (Makes getting ready much easier.) We used the trolly and also made use of the golf cart, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. We loved all of the amenities. We also loved the two screened in porches!!! The hosts were wonderful to work with. They were very prompt with returning to my emails. We will be back!

Yellow House Treasured Memories

Wow!! What an awesome family vacation we had at the Yellow House! Everything was so clean & in working order! We took a few chairs, umbrella & toys from garage in the golf cart to the Watercolor Inn, parked in their garage for 25 (you can come & go up until 5pm)From garage you can head towards beach & get a beach towel! We would enjoy beach for a few hours then swim in pools, eat lunch!We also would take golf cart over to Camp watercolor to enjoy lazy river & slides! My adult kids with their kids want to make this now a family tradition! What treasured memories were made here!!

Great for spring break

We had four adults and four kids. The house worked great for us, access to pools, easy for golf cart trips especially to the grocery store and had plenty of supplies for a beach day. It was also clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend for a vacation.

End of summer get-a-way

Our family had a wonderful time at The Yellow House! The location is perfect. We parked our car and didn’t use it again until we left to go back home a week later. The upstairs was perfect for our kids to spread out. Definitely large enough to host a few families comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked and organized. The beds were clean and all very comfortable. We loved being able to ride our bikes and the golf cart everywhere we wanted to go. Coffee on the front porch in the morning was a nice way to start the day. The dragonfly pool was one of our favorite low-key pools since it was close by. Unfortunately, it was out of service most of the week. We also enjoyed the Frog Pool, Marina Pool, and Camp Watercolor was fun for the kids with the slide and lazy river and drink service for the adults. The owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the smoke detectors at the beginning of our stay. The garage had two bikes (1 adult and 1 kid) and plenty of pool and beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. We have stayed in 30A before, but never in Watercolor. With all of the amenities, we no longer want to stay anywhere else. This was by far one of our top vacations we have taken together as a family. Great place to truly relax and enjoy time together!

Best Week Ever

Loved everything about this stay! The access to publix, camp watercolor, the beach, the beach club, restaurants...the list goes on! We really enjoyed sitting outside on the porches and swinging in the mornings when it was still cool out. We never drove the car after we parked - used the golf cart to get around everywhere! the neighborhood was super quiet, and I was a little bummed knowing I didn't have a soaking tub, but the master shower (extra large) with the massaging rain head made up for it after using the outdoor shower to get the sand off! The beds, esp the master downstairs, was very much like our temperpedic at home...it was amazing after long days! Recommend this house and area to anyone who asks! Communication with the property manager and maintenance manager was smooth as the maintenance manager did need to access the property while we were there to repair some items from the previous guests.

All that and more!

We had 6 adults and 6 children (ages 1-7) and The Yellow House was just perfect! Plenty of room for all and the location was great! Golf cart was such a time saver and the convenient shuttle that would pick us up very close to house was helpful as well! Publix being so close was extremely nice because we visited daily in golf cart! The access to the WaterColor amenities was even better than expected! Communication could not have been better in all aspects! We left with the best memories and we definitely will be returning!

Great trip!

We just loved our stay at Yellow House! We had one small glitch at check in but it was handled immediately. Everything was very clean and very well stocked including toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap and dishwasher tabs. I have rented lots of VRBO homes and 90% have horrid beds, but i will tell you, the beds at this house are wonderful. . .what a pleasant surprise! There was plenty of room for our family and the screened in porch was so nice, great place to enjoy our morning coffee. I would stay here again in a minute, everything was wonderful! Thanks for letting us enjoy your home!

Great house for a trip with friends and their families!

Had a great week in Watercolor. We were a total of 6 adults and 5 children (all under 3) and we were very comfortable in the house! Good size rooms for each family. Living spaces were big enough for us to all hang out together too. We really enjoyed access the watercolor beach club and camp watercolor and were able to take the golf cart up and down 30A. Even without the golf cart, most places were very walkable from the house. There were just starter supplies of household items so had to get more for our entire stay. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful place!

The yellow house was perfect for accommodating our two families! There was plenty of space and every room has a bathroom. We loved the easy access to all the Beach Club amenities as well for the kids. We will definitely come back to the yellow house next time we are in 30A!

A Wonderful Week at the Yellow House

My family of 4 (2 kids aged 3 and 6 months) just finished a wonderful week at this home in the Watercolor community. The house was perfect for us and well-appointed. I had read all the reviews and the plantation shutters seemed to be a sticking point. I’m happy to say they were replaced and worked beautifully! Centrally located for easy golf cart access to Camp Watercolor for the pools, lazy River, water slides and the Beach Club and also restaurants, Airstream Row, Seaside, shopping, bars, etc…all a short golf cart ride away. I wouldn’t stay anywhere but inside the Watercolor community with kids! Kitchen had everything we needed as far as cookware, but you will need to bring all condiments including salt and pepper. Some rentals have these things left by previous renters, but this you will need to bring everything you need. It has both a standard coffee maker (will need to bring basket style liners) and a keurig. Small dish soap, sponge, a few dishwasher packets, a few kitchen trash bags, small laundry detergent, and travel sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soaps provided in each bathroom. I recommend bringing tissues and a pump hand soap for the bathrooms. 6 beach towels in the laundry room and both camp watercolor and the beach club provide beach towels also. Hair dryer in each bathroom. Plenty of toilet paper provided. Roku device on all tvs for signing into streaming services. The perfect house for a wonderful week in 30A!

Wonderful in every way!

We truly had a wonderful stay at the Yellow house! Everything went smoothly from making the reservation to communication along the way. Our family of 11 (four adults and seven kids) all had great bedroom accommodations and we loved the outdoor porch and balcony! We were allowed to check in hours early which was a total bonus! And we got to use the brand new 6 seater golf cart! Staying in Watercolor is perfect for families with kids because you get to use the Watercolor Inn and Camp Watercolor. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

Tri-Family Fall Break

Wonderful home!

We just spent a wonderful week at the yellow house in Watercolor. Nicely appointed. Comfortable furniture and beds. We were thrilled that there was a portable crib as well as a high chair at the home. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glasses and utensils. The golf cart got plenty of use getting us to the beach as well as to Camp Watercolor. Unfortunately there was nowhere to park the cart or a car anywhere close to beach access at the end of the highway. No chair rentals were available at the beach club. (Sold out weeks in advance). But we worked it out. Overall we had a fabulous trip. And the plantation shutters have not been repaired or replaced. But it didn’t bother us much. Lovely home!!
