“Absolutely incredible experience. I most definitely will say we will be back. Super helpful and responsive at all times. My only suggestion would be shorter door code combination haha but honestly the place is incredibly beautiful place in nature with nothing but animals and bright stars.”

“Hotel is good. It’s old but seems like the management is doing their best to upkeep it. Not ADA friendly at all. Keep that in mind. Stairs everywhere, steep ones and no good flow for pedestrians. We stayed in a villa front row and it was a total challenge with my mom and my pregnant wife to get by. Other than that - hotel is good. Breakfast could be included and that will make a lot of a difference for the price.”

The route had us worried a bit bcuz it over a hill you couldn’t see from the freeway but it was a different world upon arrival. We ordered tostadas de ceviche & it was 🔥. “The hotel was beautiful and very unique. Our room was lovely, and the pool area was peaceful and relaxing. However, for the price we paid, I expected a higher level of cleanliness and maintenance. When we checked in, the terrace was full of dirt, and unfortunately, it was not cleaned by housekeeping the following day. We also had issues with the hot water. During showers, the hot water would only last about three minutes before turning completely cold, forcing us to keep our showers extremely……

“Where do I start with this place . I’ve stayed in many places in valle and by far this was the worst experience. They don’t really have room service. There’s no phone or fridge in the room. We had to call for help and the guy didn’t know how to get the tv to work or the A/C and it was very hot . We called and messaged with questions but the reception isn’t available until 8am which was annoying. The restaurant offers breakfast until 9am but it’s a walk from the rooms . The floors were dirty .……
