"Enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle. It’s right by the beach. Not too far from Destin. Management company was on point. There was a mixup with chair service but a quick call and it was corrected. Also the tennis net needed to be replaced and it was done really quick. Place was clean and room temp was good. Beds were comfy. Elevators wait time was not too bad but expected. We would stay there again. "

WiFi doesn’t exist on this particular unit, we have to use public WiFi, when I called the front desk, I was advised to reach out to either Expedia or hosteeva since they’re the once I booked with, what a disappointment. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival. "This was my wife’s and I first time in Pensacola. We got in a little late. I don’t ever think I’ve seen such happy people just doing their job. Even the waitress at the restaurant was so nice. The hotel was very clean and the lazy river was awesome. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially if you have kids. Just very easy access to the pool and the beach."

"We had a very late check in but the lady was nice and answered our questions. Breakfast was great! Parking was free and easy. Pool was great! It was great to walk out straight to the beach. The only issue was the room smelled really bad, not sure what the smell was but it was definitely strong ."

"Loved the pool and lazy river but they seemed to need cleaning. Breakfast got old but they all do. Staff, including housekeepers, were great. Waiters were great at Beach Social were great as were the bartenders at the pool. Could definitely do without the woman blasting music at the pool Friday and Saturday. Ran people off including me. Pool should be relaxing area. Why charge for parking in an ungated property and never issue permits? Doors slamming at all hours was annoying."

"We really enjoyed our stay! There was a nice breakfast in the mornings, everything was very clean and the staff nice. We went swimming in the pool every day and it was relaxing and enjoyable. The proximity to the beach makes it the best of both worlds and the white sand is absolutely amazing. I would definitely stay there again!"
