"The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival. The hot water heater is in need of either a good cleaning or repairs as the hot water only lasted a few moments before running out. There was no extra bedding for the pull out sofa bed. "This beachfront condo was absolutely beautiful. The property is spacious with an open layout that makes it feel bright and relaxing from the moment you walk in. The kitchen is a great size and fully functional, and the entire place was extremely clean and well-kept. Getting to the beach and pool area was quick and easy, which made the stay even better. Overall, it's a perfect spot for a comfortable and peaceful getaway."

"Very nice place to stay in a short walk to the beach Very pet friendly The only thing I would request is this condo needs a new couch It is a sleeper sofa, but either replace the couch or the mattress. Very uncomfortable and I have slept on many that were comfortable."

"Place is ON the beach. We didn't have a vehicle; rideshare available. Walkable area. Breakfast was excellent. Breakfast staff exceptional. Room cleaning okay, every other day. We had to flag the cleaning crew down as they bypassed our room on a cleaning day. Daily Parking charge and incidental charge is held with a credit card. We didn't have a car but front desk charged anyway so we had them remove it. Hotel could use some TLC. Front desk staff friendly. Pet friendly place, so dogs and cats are welcome."

"The property was nice. Very disappointed that beach chairs were not all inclusive. Staff was very friendly. Our biggest disappointment was our king size bed. It was so uncomfortable. There was no support whatsoever. For the price we paid for the gulf and beach view a good nights sleep would have been so nice. My wife and I woke up several times during the night with back pain. We expressed our concern with the staff and they sent up three very thin blankets to help with the uncomfortable mattress. Which didn’t even phase the problem. Very disappointed."

"The hotel was great when I came to location and the customer service. Me and my kids loved it. It was close to the beach and very spacious. The only thing I didn’t like was my room had a lot of hair left in the bathroom. I had to clean the bathroom from the hair being left on the floor and shower. But other than that, we enjoyed the stay. The manger who checked me out was very helpful and understanding. This was the best customer service experience, I’ve had in a long time."
